    @tescomobile appalling "service". Been waiting since 2nd Feb for a PAC code & despite 11 calla to you, been told another 3 days before it might be resolved. Shocking. Will be cancelling my contract.

    @tescomobile I tried that on several occasions. It's the same today. I only get wifi if I am connected to a network.

    @tescomobile I'm not the account holder. My sister is but she's had enough of speaking to different tesco employees who do nothing. This issue is causing her so much stress she's suffering badly with eczema. All the family has a cut off phone and we are over £80 out of pocket. #Stressed

    @tescomobile I have raised an issue with signal and 4G over 3 weeks ago now. I have 3 contracts with you and at present we can’t even make a call because the signal is constantly dropping and my 4g is non existent. Can’t even connect to the webchat to discuss this!

    @TescoIrl @tescomobile is there an issue with the club card points not been added for payment of phone bills? Just realised we have not had any poi ta added for this since November
