@tescomobile Hello, it's a brand new in box S7 I purchased from a UK vendor on ebay. The phone works perfectly, the APN settings are set to Tesco as per your info online, the internet is on yet I can't ring or text. Message is back to not registered on the Network again.

Yo @tescomobile . Why do I have to pay full price for my phone bill this month when O2 are doing upgrade work and I have no signal in my house at all. And Tesco don’t offer wifi calls.

@tescomobile Thanks Rob - already booked in a fix at home thru your mobile repair as need a phone. How many repairs do I need before you can cancel the contract? Very disappointed with @SamsungMobile and a phone costing approximately £450 that didn't last 5 months.

Adding @tescomobile to the list of wrong ‘uns. Most displeased with their approach to customer service and, indeed, common courtesy. You really want to get into the contract mobile phone racket … basically printing money with no comeback from the mugs who sign up.
