@tescomobile continues to be one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Having failed to provide me with phone service for almost 2 months, they now tell me I have to pay £184 to leave my contract and go elsewhere. Furious is an understatement.

@CeriVW @tescomobile I have had the same problem for 2 weeks.Customer service finally admitted number of customers have been disconnected being migrated from 1 system to another.They cant give a timescale for a fix. Ive escalated complaint to ombudsman so I can change network.

@tescomobile i haven't been able to use my phone unless I am near wifi for 2 weeks. Was told there is an issue with local mast (son on same network no issues) was then told I have to ring you when my phone works properly again to have an account credit 🤔🤔

@tescomobile Liz the rudeness was the abruptness of “that’s it we can’t tell you anymore so that’s just tough” or that’s how it felt. After a month of being fobbed off I now can’t phone out on either phone & no one can help me! It’s beyond frustrating & given I wouldn’t choose Tesco again!
