    @tescomobile I am trying to up grade to 10GB unlim mins & text on website, first it asks if my sim is the right one? assume No as it’s for 5G phone & then it asks for a credit card when I’m already on direct debit . Tried on line chat but they do not seem to understand help

    @tescomobile Just have a card and a person with a thumbs up.. I know the idea is to appeal to your customer base but honesty is better than some lightning.

    @tescomobile Can you please confirm if the Tesco network covers Jersey? Your network coverage map does not recognise either the post code I am entering or St Helier.

    @tescomobile Hi, I paid my phone bill on the 18th October through the website on my account I then recieved an email a couple of days later stating that I never paid my phone bill
