This is a truly awful service and nobody seems to know what’s going on. It’s never been this difficult with other providers!

Your global escalation team has informed your customer service team that my phone will not be restored until 13th May!! Nobody prepared to speak with me about a resolution. Disgraceful. @Ofcom
