@tescomobile so today is day 5 of no sim, had little sleep due to stress of not being able to work as my clients not being able contact me. After another day of lost earnings I eventually get part service back. I can make and receive calls, sms and have data.

HUGE shout out to Matej, of @tescomobile 's customer services. Thanks to his help, patience, and ability to actually pay attention to what I was saying, I am no longer losing the will to live... (A problem going back to December is finally sorted!)

Not sure I updated on Dad’s problems w debt collectors acting 4 @tescomobile last week. Once I sent them Power of Attorney (he has dementia) everything was sorted out - mainly thanks to lovely Marie with their Additional Support Team. Debt & phone contract now cancelled.

@tescomobile I tried that on several occasions. It's the same today. I only get wifi if I am connected to a network.

Last three days, I have been out of service, with no voice calls, text messages and no data. I spent hours and hours speaking/chatting with support and was unsuccessful. @O2 @tescomobile

@tescomobile seriously Tesco sort out the network coverage!!!!! This is THE WORST my network has ever been!!! Can’t hear each other on calls, lines keep dropping and sometimes it doesn’t even connect!!! Absolute joke 😤
