    @tescomobile why on earth do you have same number enquiry lines for reporting a stolen phone as everything else. Losing a phone is already really stressful and the need to get it closed down to avoid further loss is important being in a queue of general enquiries does not help.

    @tescomobile I already did that. It said that it's slow in my area and you're working to make it better or something. I just don't understand how it was fine until a week ago. V hard to watch videos etc

    @waynesables @tescomobile I never had any trouble until Wednesday when it went completely. Then had only 2 or 3 bars since. Annoying.

    @tescomobile Signal on my phone disappeared again this morning and I cannot work without it. Bizarrely my sons phone is fine but I cannot use his. I cannot get updates on the issue as I can’t receive texts and calls. Turning off and on again hasn’t worked so far either. #ridiculous

    I am furious! @tescomobile I need help. No on is answering, web chat has cut me off. And Fraserburgh and Daneston Aberdeen have both switched phone to engaged, rather than answer. I am far from home and even webchat isn't picking up...I have 3 phones on my contract. 😡

    @tescomobile I had to drive 35 miles to your store at Daneston Aberdeen. I would lime to add that Phillip in your phone shop has gone above and beyond with customer service. Extremely helpful with advice. I now have a new phone and he helped transferring everything across.
