@tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys! What’s wrong with you lot?

@nookiehider @tescomobile It's honestly ridiculous for the UK to be so poor in such a critical infrastructure nowadays. Rest of the world are MILES ahead of us.

@iona11011 @tescomobile Their problem, not yours. Your contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Under S29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into your possession.

@tescomobile I have and they were no help and say I have to go back to store. Which defeats on line shopping.

@tescomobile Your link doesn't work, probably to do with @tescomobile last update. And, what these other channels I haven't tried already?

Every time I come home from travelling abroad I am immensely frustrated by how crap our phone network coverage is. What would be classed as "developing countries" have far better infrastructure than the UK. Quite honestly its a disgrace @tescomobile

@tescomobile your service is absolutely terrible. We have a family bereavement. We have changed my dad’s phone to pay as you go and it’s not working and he need the phone to make all the arrangements. Your call centres are useless!

@tescomobile Probably not one for you as it's mast related but my mother in law has been unable to make or receive calls when at home ever since 3G was turned off. O2 coverage checker indicates a problem with nearby mast, is this ever going to be fixed?
