Ironically the 1 phonecal was with one of the advisors we are complaining about

I cannot call, receive calls or use data. I have chatted online & called them daily and even been into an @tescomobile shop & each time told 24hrs.

Almost three weeks on and it’s still not resolved, escalated to various teams who each tell me they’ll get back to me then never do. Disgraceful.
