    @tescomobile Sean when we call, the call disconnects as soon as we select option 1 for payg. The same things happens with the pay monthly option, so we don’t even get to the stage we can go to “all other enquiries”. Is there any other way we can get help please?

    How generous of #tescomobile to give free unlimited data allowance on Xmas day to their customers. When 99% of country was at home using their home Wi-Fi. How stupid do they think we are. And how cheap are they.

    @tescomobile This handset refuses to send MMS despite your App showing I have plenty of data allowance left until my bill cycle renewal date. I'll share the screenshot by DM but ask you to confirm how this is possible and unrectified after 10 months of reported issues.
