    @tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

    @tescomobile my mum got one of your pay monthly phones & insurance. After a few days she returned the phone and told the shop she wanted to cancel the phone & insurance. She’s still being charged now and can’t use her old sim as the number must be with you still

    @tescomobile @PaulLam23454655 Do you still piggyback on 02's masts, that might explain the crappy signal, their coverage is awful and it's never their fault either, it's usually that your walls are too thick or something lame like that, not that the masts are outdated and the signal weak.
