    @tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

    @tescomobile very disappointed that had no signal or data at Fairford for the last week. I was told that O2 refused to put extra support in the area due to the air tattoo which is what normally happens. EE provided this for their customers so not sure why were we left our?

    @tescomobile @WhichUK Bet it wasn’t by anybody with no mobile data for the last month! Ongoing issue with PAC codes. Still billed me though, so no skin off @tescomobile nose eh?

    @tescomobile Really disappointed with lack of customer service. My sim stopped working while abroad and I requested an unblocking code to get another sim. Was told up to 7 days and that code would be sent by text. Told not possible to get via email straight away /1

    Thank you for highlighting this important topic #GMB. @tescomobile are just as bad. I have tried for the last six months to have my Dad’s mobile contract cancelled since he lost capacity due to dementia.

    @tescomobile @danbrusca Liz, after being told by customer services I could leave Tesco w/o penalty due to issues that TESCO ACCEPTS ARE THEIR FAULT, I now have an early termination fee of almost £300! This despite being told I will owe nothing. No help again on phone today. WHO IS GOING TO RESOLVE THIS?

    Supposed to have a new phone delivered Friday but was delayed,I’ve tried to cancel my order due to me going abroad on the 16th as no one will be home,called customer services to but was asked to call back today to sort something out. Unreachable with n°s given @tescomobile HELP!

    @tescomobile frequent very poor 4g data speed in East Kilbride for past few months. Used to get a minimum of 10mbps at any time of day but now routinely get less than 2mbps throughout the day. Makes streaming video virtually unuseable.

    @tescomobile needs to better support the Google Messages app. I quite like using the Google Assistant to send texts and it always comes back saying failed
