    @tescomobile you have totally messed up my PUK transfer and left me with a new iPhone 11 which is like a brick just in time for my 50th Birthday celebration abroad. Completely unacceptable and no one individual is taking responsibility. Poor customer service

    @tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

    Now they've stolen my remaining top up balance of ยฃ9. Offered to transfer to new sim/tariff which failed. The shop was useless, customer service was barely understandable Indian/English. I give up. Whatever remedial action is taken it will cost me a lot more. @tescomobile

    @tescomobile this morning all I wanted to do was top up my mobile. Your customer service is dreadful. I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.

    @tescomobile Hi, I need help with billing for this monthโ€™s payment as I couldnโ€™t pay out on time and only just have enough funds in my bank account today. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

    @EE ... Could someone from EEtop up card please contact me... I tried to top up my phone because @tescomobile are unable to help me topping up my mobile on their app... so I topped up using EE... they took ยฃ19.60 from my bank account but have failed to top up my phone... I would

    @tescomobile husband and I have had little or no phone service for over 4 weeks now PR25 just keep getting told your working on a problem , how much longer am I expected to wait ? Before I change provider

    @tescomobile how can I find out if my sim has failed? Second day of no mobile signal/data. Iโ€™ve tried repeated turn off and on again with no luck. My kids are on same network and have signal so I know itโ€™s not an area issue

    @tescomobile Iโ€™m offered an upgrade to change a contract at not additional cost. No matter how many times I try to take advantage of this offer, it wonโ€™t work. About to quit your network. The offer must be fake! #tescomobile #tesco
