    @tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

    Also @tescomobile what are Dad’s chances of a refund on Mam’s monthly phone fee (£7) since her death? I realise it’s our fault for not cancelling, but you can check that he’s been paying for an unused service. It would really help him with his fuel bills. Goodwill? #tescomobile

    Having awful service with Tesco mobile at the moment and when I tried to get something sorted with customer service they tried to force me into a new contract, but I had to pay my cancellation fee first! Appalling service!! @tescomobile

    @tescomobile shambolic customer services. First send me a phone I haven't ordered, then charge me for insurance I haven't taken out, then nobody to deal with the issues.

    @tescomobile appalling service!I add my son to my account, get him a new contract with a new SIM & then I have issues porting his number over. Get in contact with customer services to help me sort out. Then find out that Tesco transferred his number to my sim-so Iv lost my number
