    @tescomobile you have totally messed up my PUK transfer and left me with a new iPhone 11 which is like a brick just in time for my 50th Birthday celebration abroad. Completely unacceptable and no one individual is taking responsibility. Poor customer service

    @tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

    @tescomobile its nearly month now with super bad/no service at all in B261TF area. Im told each single time that its beeing fixed but obviously its not...im starting to think about ending contract as the service is not provided as it should be...

    @tescomobile That's very disappointing. 10 days is a lot. During that time we continued to pay for a service we couldn't use at all & had zero communication from Tesco to even tell us this was happening. It's a shame the company was happy to take our money, but not return. Food for thought

    @tescomobile called to move my personal account to a business account and was told that I would not be eligible for the bonus. I explained that your website states that a customer will be eligible if switching from a personal account but she said the website was wrong. Really???

    @jellymalin It was reading a very similar story to this that made me switch after 25 years(!) from @VodafoneUK to @tescomobile. I now pay £11 a month. When I called Vodafone to terminate my contract they didn’t ask why. So sorry for your loss.

    @tescomobile This is still not resolved!! Its made things worst I need to carry 2 phones around now and you wznt to chargd me to top up a payg sim, which I only have because I cannot make calls on my contract sim which i already paying monthly for.Can i have your complaints procedure please.

    @tescomobile I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve made over 35 phone calls since November last year and here we are. I would never take a contract out with Tesco again.

    @tescomobile My family (inc 2 kids) have been unable to make calls, have had no access to Internet and zero network for around 10 days now. Apparently maintenance work going on. Are customers getting compensation for this very poor service & access again? Not good enough.
