@tescomobile you have totally messed up my PUK transfer and left me with a new iPhone 11 which is like a brick just in time for my 50th Birthday celebration abroad. Completely unacceptable and no one individual is taking responsibility. Poor customer service

@tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

@tescomobile Don’t have a 5G phone. Been with Tesco for a decade now. Never had a problem until recently. Paying fir a service I’m not getting. 5 in my house all on Tesco.

@clairefweir @tescomobile Is it acceptable for a customer to be on the phone every day for weeks to TM to report an issue emanating from TM mistake to be told TM are unable/can't prioritise the issue. TM repeatedly confirmed no. would save to SIM during device exchange. /2

@tescomobile Is it correct that there is an outage on the O2 carrier signal that Tesco Mobile uses? My family has no data/phone signal. If this is correct, will there be a reduction in our next monthly charge?

@tescomobile hi tesco I was one of the people affected with no phone calls, send/receive. I done a factory reset to see if that would help it didn't, but about 20 minutes ago, I was able to make/receive calls. Now, I have reinstalled all my apps/passwords😡😡😡🤬🤬

@tescomobile @tottsspurs Lies nearly 30 hours later and mine still says no sim..... on online chat now with an agent saying its not fixed..... so frustrated my IPhone 14+ says no sim and please do not insult me with try this and try that fix it!
