@tescomobile you have totally messed up my PUK transfer and left me with a new iPhone 11 which is like a brick just in time for my 50th Birthday celebration abroad. Completely unacceptable and no one individual is taking responsibility. Poor customer service

@tescomobile Hi Laura. Thanks for your reply. I did but the Webchat took 1.5 hrs! It was painful. The system was very slow but the Agent was helpful. A phone call would have taken less time

@tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

@tescomobile you should be ashamed of yourselves for providing such an inadequate service. I have had a phone contract since 14/7/22, in which the phone (iphone13) has never worked ! I look forward to a reply from your customer services dept As a matter of urgency! #askmartin

@tescomobile So like if I want to cancel the upgrade I just done accidentally or whatever happened with it I won’t be able to get a new package until 24 hours from now but I can get this package what was meant to go onto my dads right away? If I followed correctly that’s fine liz thanks again
