@tescomobile Again,just an excuse. It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

My dad is currently in hospital and we aren't allowed to see him so have to video call instead but his data run out. My nan phoned his network provider @tescomobile and they gave him more data for free 🙏 so so nice 💛 #EveryLittleHelps

@tescomobile absolutely appalling service for my mum who just wanted some help to get a new phone! She’s almost 80, not good with tech, and your complete lack of service has left her with old & new phone, neither of which now work! 🤬

Swapping to a replacement Sim on O2 was reasonably easy, same job on @tescomobile was ridiculously easy. Not sure why Three made it so difficult, swapping networks was the best solution...
