@tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

@tescomobile you have totally messed up my PUK transfer and left me with a new iPhone 11 which is like a brick just in time for my 50th Birthday celebration abroad. Completely unacceptable and no one individual is taking responsibility. Poor customer service

Can someone at 02 actually fix it or put a new one in

@O2 @tescomobile @actionfrauduk When I look it up on your network line, apparently phone mast isn’t working properly some of the time. Yet other times it still fails to send even when it’s working. I have no intention of changing my number but I want to know how fraudulent companies got my number.

@tescomobile How are fraud’s,scammers getting my mobile number when it isn’t on any public list three fraudulent text messages in one day. I’ve never been hacked. Why can’t I forward message to @actionfrauduk even tho they don’t seem to do anything to stop it.

Surly as @tescomobile aren’t able to hold up their end of the contract by providing me with service I should be able to terminate the contract without cost? They do not provide the services that I pay for.
