@tescomobile you have totally messed up my PUK transfer and left me with a new iPhone 11 which is like a brick just in time for my 50th Birthday celebration abroad. Completely unacceptable and no one individual is taking responsibility. Poor customer service

@tescomobile I am reviewing mobile providers now that Asda Mobile are moving from EE to Vodafone and hoped to include Tesco, but without WiFi calling the O2 network is not viable in our Buckinghamshire Village. Is there any hope this will be added soon?

@tescomobile I’ve been having issues with my signal for a week. Shoeing no signal at all or showing signal but texts and calls are either not going through or getting cut off mid call.

@tescomobile It is a pay monthly Sim. She had a contract with you that ended but she switched to a sim deal as she's happy with the service. We'll call her from here on WiFi (WhatsApp etc) but she needs something that can be used to dial home when she's out of WiFi reception. 🤞🏻
