@tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

Totally let down by @tescomobile Shocking service. Notified of my father’s death, we were promised uninterrupted phone usage whilst mum moved to her own account. Her phone has not worked for a week. Trying to organise a funeral whilst the number we gave out doesn’t work. 😡

Hey @tescomobile 👋 I signed up two contracts less than a month ago and now you offer unlimited data for the exact price I’m paying. I phoned to see can I get this deal as have a Clubcard and you advised I need to pay early termination fees then upgrade. Can you help?
