calum mackay (@the_mackay) reported@tescomobile Over the phone, and she only realised the problem a month later when she hit her data limit. She was previously on 2gb. Now 500mb a month. You lied to her and told her it was the same. Then lied and told her to have a 24month contract rather than a rolling monthly one.

Debbie (@SherbetDebs) reported@tescomobile So my phone stops working when I've only had it 6 months from @tescomobile, they "find" damage so they can charge you to repair it, though the phone sat outside for hours when left at my door unsigned for, which was reported on chat that day means nothing. AVOID
