@tescomobile Hi thank you for replying over the last month the reception and Internet service is very poor putting it mildly my air code is C15ek53 at it keeps dropping calls and Internet connection which is most annoying to say the least.

@VinnieLouu @tescomobile They don't, Katie. They've damaged my credit score, admitted it and refuse to fix it. Plus their payment system isn't compatible with industry standards. Terrible company.

@tescomobile It was everything thing - for calls I got No Service popup - checked your site & it indicated no local issues but there are some in nearby postcodes. Site suggests power off phone (I'd tried restart) Power off/on seems to have resolved problem Thank you

Nearly 3 days have gone, and still no response from @tescomobile. My partner is on 02, and his friend is on GiffGaff… they have good signal. Sort your **** out. #pisstake
