    @tescomobile does O2 allow you full use of its network? Or does it restrict access to some of its towers ? There is a spot where I live it says I have signal but can never use the data element...

    @tescomobile 1 year on from complaining and still unresolved! Spent day on phone, waited over 40 mins to get call answered then spoke to advisor for 5/10 minutes then put on hold but each time was then cut off! No service in area therefore phone doesn’t work.

    @tescomobile having data issues phone is running extremely slow trying to access the Internet and often it doesn't even load up ?

    @tescomobile I've done all that...multiple times. Always no issues in your area. But it's not just one area. Most of Norfolk where I travel to I hardly get a good signal. I use to praise the network but its become a joke

    @tescomobile @ConstructionFE @NatWest_Help I'd love to but she didn't give me it. I'll be honest the service wasn't good at all. If you're going to have a customer helpline it'd be good if they were capable of helping. Even if it's directing you to another helper that is more knowledgeable than them

    Just received another **** you from @tescomobile . Acknowledged I called in but their advisor would never say such things. Avoid like the plague. The customer is never right

    @tescomobile According to the status checker everything is fine but it is extremely slow majority of time or I cannot access websites as it crashes and my partners phone has had issues with calls and data signal same household

    @tescomobile phone signal in linwood is appalling. Told mast problems but no date to fix. Any update?
