    @tescomobile hi someone opened an account in my name. I contacted customer service last week and was informed someone from the fraud team would get to me in 5 days. My credit has gone down and I’m still waiting for the fraud team. It’s poor that I can’t contact themselves. Help

    @tescomobile Can anyone help me. I've had no signal for 2 days now. I've gone through the trouble shoot online and nothing has happened. The Airplane mode keeps flashing on and off aswell

    @tescomobile It's at deadlock because of your inefficiency as a company to actually deal with customer enquiries/complaints in a timely manner. I just hope anyone considering joining #tesco mobile see how you treat customers and decide against using your service.

    @tescomobile Yes, I’m using my home broadband network. (My mobile contract is unlimited minutes and data, but obviously I haven’t had any of either so far this month, at least not where I live. I can drive about 4 miles to get a signal but only fleetingly.)

    @tescomobile Contacted on social media as do not have a spare hour to hold!!! I only want the call you promised me 2 weeks ago so don't make out I'm making awful demands.. I am sick of chasing you people.

    @tescomobile Been happening for 2 weeks, on 3 phones all on Tesco Mobile. Works fine on WiFi, doesn't work on Mobile Data, unless I VPN to another network. No point in a screenshot, as it only shows camera connect failed. I'm not an end-user, I'm a IT Consultant, so have carried out tests.
