@tescomobile my nephew is having serious issues with his phone connection for over 7 months now. He's getting no where with customer services. They keep ending the call when he asks to speak to a manager regarding this. Is this the way you treat all customers??

@tescomobile She went on the online chat last night after the 6pm promise had lapsed. The advisor stopped the conversation as they couldn't solve the issue. She's going back to the store this afternoon. She can't make calls. OFCOM complaint next.

Apparently it is OK that @tescomobile keeps customers without service since January & into March then fob them off with a standard mass text response. Still collecting payments too. No compensation from a company which predicts profits of 2.5 billion this year. #VeryLittleHelp

@tescomobile Atrocious coverage for the last 2 weeks across all my devices, what's going on? Constant dropouts, long waits to reconnect, very slow. Same with a colleague, who's given up on you altogether. When are you intending to fix this?

@tescomobile Nope, you cut me off so couldn’t text, access my account or anything. Got fed up of empty promises from customer service, tried to work with you guys for well over a month to get it resolved. I was a customer for 10y, I won’t be back @Tesco

@tescomobile just spent 10 mins on the phone and getting know where with customer services. How on earth do you get someone who listens and understands what you are explaining ?

@tescomobile Still nothing. No responses. No fix. 5 days to investgate by tech team. Who you state may not be able to fix. Moving a number from O2 to you, the same network, and you can't resolve. Like I've seen quoted on here by others, 'avoid' the service is shocking. @clairefweir thoughts?
