According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isnβt working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

Have contacted Repair Team's Concerns Management Team but they not willing to telephone her. My Wife needs her phone for hospital appointments. Tom Denyard... hang your head in shame.

She was trying to settle a bill issue. What is the point of security questions? Pathetic.

Mark Copsey (@mcopsey) reported@tescomobile hi I have transferred my nos. This is dialling ok but when I sent txt they are recording the SIM nos not my mobile nos. Also I am paying for 50GB of data but the data used records out of 2GB can you please correct both of these issues.
