    My wife's connected on O2 no problem, so feel like I should be ok with my @tescomobile too... I've tried taking out and replacing the SIM, searched for the network, still nothing?

    @tescomobile & @O2 I understand the weather has been full on this week but I've had no signal since Wednesday. According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isn’t working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

    @tescomobile your service is absolutely terrible. We have a family bereavement. We have changed my dad’s phone to pay as you go and it’s not working and he need the phone to make all the arrangements. Your call centres are useless!

    Thank you @tescomobile customer services for ringing back (twice!) when you said you would. My phone had decided you were a spammer and wouldn’t allow the call until I put the number into my contacts, which took me a few minutes. You timed it perfectly. 👍

    @tescomobile you are great at taking our money, but when it comes to leaving, you just lie. I was told 7 days to unlock a phone from you, (which we have fully paid for) 7 days pass, and now you cannot help as you haven’t received an email, shocking from a company of this size

    @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!     @tescomobile I've recently signed up as a business customer. Got phone and service started, only to find out now call forwarding isn't supported... This is essential for businesses, and something I've literally never come across not being available on any phone plan. Shocking.
