@tescomobile hi, can you please help. I have a pay monthly deal, 6-7 months in and the call signal is often non existent, not to say how offen I only now get "E" or "H" for internet The checker said I'd get 4g. Any advice please.

@tescomobile just waited ages to speak to your customer care team and the man who answers me isn’t listening to me and is instead telling someone how to boil eggs correctly. Not great is it?

@tescomobile Thanks- i followed the tips and tried another sim in my phone and it worked, so clearly issue with my sim. Please can i get a replacement? It says to phone customer service but i have no sevice
