@tescomobile Is there a problem with your PAYG tip-up via phone/card service: I have been trying to top up for a sheltering vulnerable person for 2 days now! Always reporting a ‘problem with the service’!

I got emails from @tescomobile with details of a phone I hadn't ordered & an account in my name I hadn't set up. Reported the issue and they say it will take 1 month for the fraud team to get back to me due to a backlog. Disappointing how low a priority fraud is for Tesco Mobile.

@tescomobile But do you have your own network and did you invest in 5g? 🤔

@nimal_patel @tescomobile The @EE network has been giving NHS/Emergency service workers a discount since 2016. Plus EE officially has the largest and most relevant network this has been proven by ofcom. The UK's governmental body for telecommunications.

@TipplingPort @tescomobile I was on an O2 network use company and yes it was awful reception. I'm now on plusnet which uses EE and it's a so much better network. I had a 40 mile journey and had reception the entire time, that never happened on O2.

@Elite91X @tescomobile My phone's tend to last me at least two years. I've had some last longer, though generally they get too slow. This is the first time I've had an actual Google phone and is impressive how noticeable small tweaks and improvements are.
