@tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

@tescomobile Please thank Megan at the Mickleover store for being a great help ordering and sorting my new phone. Little disappointed that I couldn't claim the ear buds she showed me as the promotion only applied if I bought the phone before October 31

After 30 MINUTES of a conversation going in circles with absolutely nil (not a little, nil) knowledge of disabled access and I ended the conversation very frustrated and upset. Every other network has provided this service via text or webchat. @tescomobile

@tescomobile I’m an existing customer, have been trying to order new phone online since Sun but system can’t verify details. Spent an hour on the phone with sales still can’t sort, and was told someone will call me back in 3-5 working days, but offer will not be available
