Calling customer service 3 times asking them to help one of your customers hasn't stopped her texts being converted to annoying phone calls

Was told SIM had been sent a week ago.

Admitted it was their error and that 3 separate people had made errors handling my upgrade…solution “nothing we can do about it just wait and see if it comes back in stock”
