@tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

@tescomobile @WhichUK It's become farcical & time consuming, to perform a simple change by altering my safety buffer. I followed procedure, to the nth degree, giving prior notice to the next bill date, and yet 'still!' it remains in its unwanted state. I have exhausted myself. Terrible! Peter

AND I need help from you @tescomobile. My Google Messages STILL won't activate. I've tried all the online steps and sent a deactivation request to @Google (but haven't heard anything). How do I get this fixed?

@tescomobile When will Tesco start supporting ESims? I have a Smartwartch that I cannot use. I was told when I changed contracts that they did support Esims but I think the salesperson did not understand LTE on a smartwatch.

@tescomobile No, it just comes up as "verifying number" but never does. I don't have any other android phone to try it on

That repulsive @tescomobile ad where they suggest using your mobile to google the Spanish for "full English" this summer - before they end free roaming across the EU, which is the part they don't mention - makes me very pleased I'm no longer a Tesco Mobile customer.

Totally fed up w/ @tescomobile’s v poor customer service. They refuse to liaise with @quidco. After spending much time, @tescomobile have failed to investigate a compliant. I have lost out on cashback on despite being with them both for ages.

@tescomobile any updates regarding visual voicemail on iPhone! Feature for over 10 years. The O2 network had the feature and even Sky mobile using the 02 network also have it! It’s becoming quite frustrating that something so simple can be left out for us!
