    @tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

    @tescomobile serious question, when topping up with yourselves will I need to deal with a two factor authentication hurdle or can I just sign in and top up? [been years since I was with Tesco mobile] GiffGaff are doing my head in with theirs.

    @tescomobile @WhichUK Your customer service is absolutely rubbish. My phone and data haven't been working for 16 days. I have spoken and spent time on chat every day and every day I am told 24 hours to sort it out. I have just been told 4-5 days!!!!!!!!

    @tescomobile Yeah- I used the coverage checker to find out it’s STILL not working. What are you doing to compensate customers?

    @tescomobile I have been waiting for a call from your Concerns Management Team since Sunday. I was told they would contact me between 3pm and 4pm yesterday but they haven't. I haven't heard anything today either. Poor service and I am not impressed 😡

    @tescomobile I feel it is important that we pursue this as you have effectively denied my wife's right to cancel her upgrade within 14 days although she never even received her phone

    @tescomobile What is your direct customer helpline number please. ? A close friend of my has had her phone suspended by you, and she is severely disabled & vulnerable, & relies on her phone to stay in contact with medical services.

    @tescomobile @tescomobile this is immaterial when for some unknown reason your number and account doesn't work and every day for 16 days you are told 24 hours until it works and it never does and no-one can help you. Your customer service line went dead
