All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly £25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.

Only had to pay the 19.99 1st payment apparently they can't take payments from Monzo I asked if it could be taken off or added to my first bill but she said no!!! Attitude was horrible too

clam (@clam70435692) reported@tescomobile you are disgusting my 90 yr old father has heart failure /dementia can’t make or receive calls for 5 days others on the same network can was told the phone mast is down but he also needs a new SIM card to resolve this but you are refusing to send him a new one

Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africa… That’s absolute madness!
