1/2 @tescomobile I’ve researched a lot before choosing you from my regular provider. However after waiting 40 minutes to be seen, had 1 customer push in front of me just because he was a @Tesco employee then finally see an adviser....

@tescomobile I am an existing Tesco customer and have just upgraded my sim only contract. I just wanted to check if existing customers will be losing the home to home benefits from 2023 or is it just new users or those who have upgraded. Just wondering whether to cancel. Thanks

I'm waiting on manager calling back in 72 hours. If no call ive told them I'll pay airtime part of contract but not the Mobile part as

@tescomobile Hi there. So I contacted you about my signal being poor. You sent me a replacement sim card, I've followed the instructions which says the sim will already have you number activated on it. I have no network or data now. Please help. This is getting silly.

@glamvicar @tescomobile And I’ll never forget the “service” from T-Mobile who threatened court action over £1.18 due despite being told I had fully paid up my mum’s account after she had died a few days earlier. T-Mobile then wondered why I cancelled my own account with them. They are beneath contempt.
