@LordHuw @tescomobile for an old contract, and is a way obviously to lock them into a new deal with a frozen price contract. Much cheaper than any of the other networks, which actually have stores in which you can go into for help and talk to someone - and giffgaff are only keeping their prices fixed

@tescomobile Ffs spent over 4 hours trying to get 2 business phones. Not a prob you would think as I am already a customer and have also had an 02 account for 20 odd years. No - 4 hours wasted in store and online with no joy. Now the customer service number is down. Very poor..

@tescomobile outgoing calls not working. Started yesterday. Partner's phone, also Tesco, working. Need to call surgery. Will borrow but two consecutive days is most unusual.
