  @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

  @JodiAkyy87 @MattieHayde @tescomobile And my son in law in london on 4G having same issue, but my son there on different network having no issues. Its o2. Has to be.

  Thank you @tescomobile for crediting my next month's phone bill for £3 after I'd made a complete mess of uploading my Clubcard voucher onto this months bill. Excellent Customer service handled with minimum of fuss.

  @JodiAkyy87 @MattieHayde @tescomobile I'm in Scotland using wifi and my family in England can't see my pics in messenger or WhatsApp. . Hubby having same issue on 4G at work.

  @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

  @tescomobile Strange in this GPS accurate tech with mobiles that Tesco cannot differentiate between Greece and Albania, arrived in Corfu Greece to be told that Tesco that Greece is a home destination and you are covered for use on your mobile, several days later, another message,welcome to Albania, I have not moved my location, I have never been to Albania, get back to find I have some charges as phone says I was in Albania, Corfu is close to Albania, about 5 miles, the solution according to Tesco is to turn off roaming data,put your data allowance to zero. Seems pointless to have Tesco as that is why I changed because no charges in EU. To be fair to Tesco they gave me a credit but this must be a common problem with Corfu.

  @tescomobile @EE It just seems to be everywhere, I have to rely on WiFi to be able to communicate with my phone. It just seems poor on a whole. 😕

  @SBarrettBar @tescomobile Interesting, our fibre was down recently (Virgin Media, avoid like the plague) and our Tesco Mobile data coverage was absolutely terrible. If it haven’t been for my neighbour giving me access to his network, I would have been screwed. And we were down for a bloody week 🤬💩

  @tescomobile hello, I've come back from staying with family to find there's no phone signal where I live and I've not had signal since Saturday which is a massive issue as I'm disabled and am currently unable to contact medical teams etc to sort things out.

  @tescomobile @MartinSLewis I requested SAR 5 weeks ago. NOTHING. Sahira who is customer complaints manager emailed me a few days ago,I have responded and she thanked and acknowledged me. Today I wake up and read and email saying as I have not responded she is closing complaint

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
