@tescomobile Thank you but after just short of ten years with you sorry isn't good enough. Its clear customer loyalty means nothing. I had to get proof of address to upgrade when I came back and said my boyfriend found a better deal through EE your colleague didnt even load my details up..

@tescomobile Customer Care already, apparently, raised this to your Back office, yesterday. He was told it would be 24hrs. That expired this morning at 10:30 and he phoned spoke to Norman & was told he can't contact back office. I shall DM details

@tescomobile Thanks for your reply, unfortunately this means I'll be looking elsewhere for mobile service as I'm unlikely to be able to get my documents signed any time soon. It's easier to just open a new account in my legal name in this case. I understand this isn't your fault personally.

@tescomobile 1/2 It is my father's name. Yes he has rebooted the phone several times including this morning when he said it maybe resolved and isn't. He has phoned your support line numerous times told an email has been sent to your escalation team. Called support again in the last hour and

@itvMLshow I believe that @tescomobile misled me into entering a credit agreement with them for a business I worked with and they are refusing to work with me to resolve the issue, can you offer any assistance or advice? I've spoken to them 5 times in the last week.

@tescomobile any reason why we’re having to call back several times to have a conversation in the DE55 area...not even dropped signal...just fades in & out ! Been happening over a week now & very frustrated with this poor service !!!
