    @tescomobile @financialombuds Why should I pay Β£40 a month for no service?! Totally unacceptable! And like I said, it’s been over 2 months now! Tesco said, there’s no issues, well there is! I have enough evidence on phone to prove it!

    @tescomobile Thursday another message saying data low. This is extremely rare for me!! Your CS didn't know why yet again, no advice given to me whatsoever from people who are supposed to be CS. I the googled why I had the message on apps 'background data' and there was the issue!

    @tescomobile Says no issues. The problem is it been going on for several months. Reported again for now. Just odd my friends on giffgaff and o2 never have issues and tesco uses the o2 network and I have to use their phone or switch an a pay as you go sim on different network for data

    @tescomobile Why is the network coverage in my home town so utterly diabolical since you (O2) 'upgraded' the local cells to 5G?? Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! 🀯
