@tescomobile I only tried to cancel the data plan to pay the cost of the phone after 30 days or so as i was busy. I already had a Sky plan with my old number so really didn't need to pay overpriced mobile plan that it was with Tesco. But it was advertised as rolling when it wasn't.

@tescomobile It really is the last time i buy anything from Tesco. I won't shop at your supermarkets or buy petrol at your garages. I'm shocked and fuming that you won't do anything with a defective phone that obviosuly has a defective battery and it's not even paid off. Shameful service.

@tescomobile Worse thing is companies the size of Tesco, @apple not doing anything about a defective phone that is still relatively new. I understand why Tesco would just leave it to Apple and not offer any extended warranty period. Happy to take money and unwilling to provide good service.

@nimal_patel @tescomobile The @EE network has been giving NHS/Emergency service workers a discount since 2016. Plus EE officially has the largest and most relevant network this has been proven by ofcom. The UK's governmental body for telecommunications.

@tescomobile Easy decision for me. Probably just cancel my direct debit, never buy anything from Tesco again and never buy another @apple Iphone. Businesses today are borderline scamming consumers. How can a less than 2yr old phone be unusable after 8 hours when it's not even used all day?

@tescomobile more dis-jointed (poor) customer service. Phones and prices ok. Integrated customer service. Not ok. New phone last week. This week new offer. Simple just give me the earbuds.....if only.

@tescomobile You share a network that O2 have to invest billions in to upgrade to 5g and maintain. Whilst I share the frustration of the consumer, this is completely biased against an operator having to be accountable for the upgrade and maintenance of a network.

@tescomobile Please do NOT do anything to mess up my connection again. You have been no help at all but only hindrance. Completely useless. Hang your head in shame.
