Rob Simpson (@robsimpson2712) reported@tescomobile once again your 4455 number is not working. Poor customer service again after promises made. Even gave your staff a good write up but he didn’t fulfil his side of the good will.

Nichola (@nicholala85) reported@tescomobile There is slight cosmetic damage to the back casing (where the lavender colour is coming away from the back case itself) so your troubleshooter claims I will have to pay for it to be inspected incase this is the cause?? That can't be right, it's a software fault!

☀Ange☀️ (@vannerbird) reported@tescomobile Hi Emily. The status checker has been saying similar for months, all through summer since Ive been checking it. Others in the area have been checking it and complaining to O2 for quite a while. Apparently the mast is on someone's property and it's never been fixed.

wayne:of the rigden family (@wleer72) reported@tescomobile No it’s not, it’s so bad it can’t even connect to the server. EE, and virgin are good. It’s an 02 issue. I’m in a 2 year contract with a network not fit for purpose
-
Nichola (@nicholala85) reported@tescomobile It's cosmetic. Considering I've had it for two years how can it be expected to be in pristine condition??? The only times I'm voiding warranty is by dropping it or water damage, neither of which occurred. It tried to do a system update and got stuck on a boot loop.

Becky Rae (@beckyrae79) reported@tescomobile Absolutely livid with the lack of service this evening, now trawling the website from home to find out where there is stock and probably going to get stiffed for a **** deal somewhere else!!
-
Laura Kerr (@laurakerr1984) reported@tescomobile trying to upgrade but keep it a secret from my daughter, however she will get a txt notification. Asked the live chat 3 times if this can be stopped and 3 different answers. Can you help?
-
Stephanie Joan (of arc?) (@likeateacup) reported@tescomobile Hi it’s not postcode dependent, I’ve been in SW1W, RH10, WF16, Leeds, and HD7 and had the exact same lack of connectivity in all of them, I even upgraded my phone and hoped that would fix it but it didn’t
-
Nichola (@nicholala85) reported@tescomobile Cosmetic damage voids warranty? Not been dropped, not got wet. Breaks from a system update and I'm expected to pay for it to be repaired all whilst still paying my bill to you with no working phone???? Considering it's a system fault the repair falls to you to fix.

jamie livsey (@Jimjam_1985) reported@tescomobile is the worst network I’ve ever been on. Wish I would have stayed with @ee
