@tescomobile Hi, hope you can help...My phone stopped sending and received texts/ calls and using mobile data last week. Took my phone instore - they said it was likely the sim. After doing some online chat with you they said my number would be swapped to a new sim. Followed

@tescomobile They were given new SIM cards as neither phone was working. The new sims have been in for 60 hours and their phones still don’t work. The Tesco customer services team are unhelpful and haven’t done anything for them. We can no longer phone them as their phones don’t work!

@tescomobile Hi Rob thanks for getting back to me, I have to say though your response is very disappointing. How long does it take your tech guys to rectify problems? This has been going on since the beginning of February!!

@tescomobile ... are no help. Emailing Mi-Pay Ltd is no help as they then email Tesco asking Tesco to help me when we already know Tesco can't help. I enter my info, it spins around for a bit, then tells me: "You are not authorized to acces (sic) this page." It is broken!

@tescomobile so first contacted you on 30th March, was assured you were aware of the problem with no contact information being shown when receiving a call, yet here we are 9th April and it’s still on going & absolutely no contact from yourselves!

@tescomobile your customer service via email is appalling. I assume they are so unhelpful in the hope people will just give up and go away

@tescomobile Is it true that as a pay monthly customer my phone is set to go to voice mail after 10secs and can't be changed?

So @tescomobile it's got to the point where I have to manually top up my account then use the app to buy a bundle. It was so much easier when it was deducted automatically from my bank, before Mi-Pay Ltd screwed it up. 4 years without a problem, now it's time to leave.

@tescomobile I cannot connect as I am getting “no signal”. Post code SP3, previously OK. Your web pages are designed to make it impossible to contact you. How do I get in touch with you, don’t tell me to use your app I want a telephone number for my landline.

@tescomobile i’ve contacted Apple’s chat support who suggested to contact my network provider as it’s only affecting the phone number. Thank you. Can you check the account and see if my phone can definitely send SMS messages?
