@tescomobile Hello Jade, I did leave a tweet several days ago and also been in touch with you and O2 by email. O2 keep saying problems are solved but they are not. Have now received message from them to say “should” be fixed by 21st Feb. Post Code OX33 1TR

@tescomobile Hello, I have still not been able to send or receive calls fro home. I went out of village to make a call snd received voicemail to say engineer was closing case due poor coverage area. Have had signal for 10 years. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@tescomobile You're supposed to disconnect me when my new SIM arrives which I was told would take 3-5 working days but you disconnected me on the 2nd day, after I was advised to get a replacement SIM due to rubbish signal

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile I changed to Tesco mobile a few months ago and had a few problems initially as I’m not good with technology, but the sales people in @Tesco TalbotGreen were fabulous and sorted me out twice.
