Happy Moog 💙🍎 (@HappyMoog) reported@MartinSLewis An idea fora new show. Best and worst customer services; Best M&S and Fenwicks. Worst @DPD- it’s impossible to speak to a person so no resolution and @tescomobile misinformed and ignored even by the CEO team. Complaints made take 28 days not even a ref given

montyniblet (@montyniblet) reported@tescomobile re account 808724.I am extremely disappointed in Tescomobile response to the local mast outage which keeps happening for long periods preventing my household working from home. The recent outage started 24th April and persists to this day, so 4 days so far. The last outage from 28th March (maybe earlier) to 2nd April was also unacceptable. In fairness the last outage was refunded (a month) but the reaction from Tesco this time has been limp. Firstly Tesco should exert ultimate pressure on O2 to permanently fix this mast, in the 21st century having 4 day+ outages is not admissible. Secondly the agent reply to me to ‘let Tesco know’ when service is resumed is risible. Tesco should be all over this at least refunding my month payment if not more. I have another contract with Giff Gaff who use O2 and on hearing the service was down immediately refunded me….this is customer service and excellent customer recovery. Everytime I need the internet or need to phone I have to get in my car and drive 2 miles to keep contact with the outside world (we have no landline).Of course I can’t receive calls as well. This is expensive and extremely inconvenient as well as restricting my income.. I would like to hear Tesco response to this ongoing issue and I think you will agree this is not acceptable. I am out of contract…..convince me I should remain with Tescomobile.

Emily G (@emble64) reported@cyclist13 @tescomobile Sounds like really poor service. My provider stopped doing top up support via phone so it is only via app/website. I wonder if the regulator are aware, the app issue and topping up issue seem like would be widespread problems?
-
Family Thomas (@FamilyThomas3) reported@tescomobile I don't know what more I can say but my original post. Your operatives were insistent that they could do not more to help
-
Julie Martin (@julesvb82) reported@tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.
-
Katrina (@KatLawrence) reported@tescomobile That doesn't work when I have no service and can't make/receive calls or send/receive sms. Can no-one provide an update with estimated time frame?

Ryan Maguire (@Maguire23) reportedSupposed to be a funny question do you get clubcard points being on @tescomobile ? Yeah actually I do and I also don't have mid contract price rises like all the big networks whilst having my network powered by O2, sounds like an add but it's not it's just facts.
