    @tescomobile Hello Jade, I did leave a tweet several days ago and also been in touch with you and O2 by email. O2 keep saying problems are solved but they are not. Have now received message from them to say “should” be fixed by 21st Feb. Post Code OX33 1TR

    @tescomobile Hello, I have still not been able to send or receive calls fro home. I went out of village to make a call snd received voicemail to say engineer was closing case due poor coverage area. Have had signal for 10 years. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @tescomobile You took £95 out of my account when you cancelled my sim only contract BY MISTAKE. I’ve raised a complaint, was told it was urgent and I’d get a call back, over a week later and nothing heard from you! This is behind a joke and I’m struggling to pay other bills ???

    @tescomobile To clarify. I have let customer services know there is an issue. I don't need to be involved further for you as an organisation to own the issue and investigate. Where's the need for security in this instance?

    @tescomobile I would prefer to pay a little more and be able to make and receive calls. You’re network is down again with no information of when it will be working again. I think I’ll be going back to Vodafone.

    @tescomobile Since Tesco outsourced their Customer Service to Crapita it's been truly awful. Had to take them to the ombudsman for a resolution. Please avoid folks!

    @tescomobile What about yourself? You talk about rising phone bills, but what about food costs? What about doing more to tackle plastics, like installing plastic banks that people can use again and get paid for? That would help get food and bring down some costs for people.

    @tescomobile I’ve been with Orange/EE since the start back in the 90’s but lately found them way too expensive and customer service non existent so coming over to you 😬
