@tescomobile She is staying with Tesco, just will need to cancel her current contract, and start up fresh with a new phone and new Tesco mobile contract. How can I do this, as she is in hospital? Thanks x

Kirsten Campbell (@bbckirstenc) reported
@tescomobile No. Just the one that’s broken. I had to phone from my landline because I couldn’t get into my account online without the pin. I don’t understand why the new contract couldn’t be emailed or why promised return calls haven’t been made.

@tescomobile unlimited texts and calls 100 gig of internet for £12. I complained to Tesco reguarding being cut off calls and after seven days they never once responded and showed little care or interest in me as customer or contract I had. I am seeking advice now

WinchesterMysteryMouse (@WinchesterMouse) reported
@tescomobile I had to cancel my insurance as I could no longer afford it after becoming homeless and moving into a homeless hostel, so I'm not sure what to do. I'm disabled and on Universal Credit and need a phone to manage these things.

@tescomobile I’m case you can’t read the previous replies, I know what the issue is. It’s your tower mast that after almost a year you’ve STILL not fixed and you learn “boosting” of the others Is ineffective. So, what do you plan to do since you’re making our contract void?

hj (@hj81111) reported
@tescomobile I haven't had signal for phonecalls /messaging since 28th May.I've contacted support everyday with no resolve.i'm homebound and vulnerable and it's paramount I need access to urgent calls, I'm also missing medical appointment calls.I do not find it acceptable service

MelsMadness96 (@MelsMadness96) reported
@tescomobile Oh don’t worry, if your terrible service will allow it I’m going to call in tomorrow, I’m not paying for something you’re failing to provide. I will take this very far since my calls about the service date back to a minimum of last September.
