Dear @tescomobile on 27 Nov I took out a contract with you. Today, the 1st day I've had a signal I get a message saying a bill for £20 was issued on 9 Dec. Pls explain. £20 for 2 weeks seems high particularly as I had no signal.

@tescomobile none of your agents are willing to raise my consumer law complaint over the phone, keep going on about warranty which is not the issue as it’s consumer law. iPhone has hardware issues under contract Tesco don’t want to know because warranty is up.

@flickhan @tescomobile Same here, was fine but not anymore, if I get a mobile data signal anywhere within a 3 mile radius of my house the speed tops out at just over 1mbps. That's NOT 4g

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile I changed to Tesco mobile a few months ago and had a few problems initially as I’m not good with technology, but the sales people in @Tesco TalbotGreen were fabulous and sorted me out twice.
