  • glenfield4 David Walker (@glenfield4) reported from Wheatley, England

@tescomobile Hello, I have still not been able to send or receive calls fro home. I went out of village to make a call snd received voicemail to say engineer was closing case due poor coverage area. Have had signal for 10 years. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

  • glenfield4 David Walker (@glenfield4) reported from Wheatley, England

@tescomobile Complaint continued- How stupid is it to call my number when I can’t receive calls and then leave voicemail

@porcinesludge @dazzypops @tescomobile £20 PAYG with Superdrug Mobile. Unlimited everything. They use Three network, its not the best but for 20 quid and a non contract I can't really complain!

  • bishopczech Craig Bishop (@bishopczech) reported

@tescomobile We've been with @tescomobile for a while now but thinking we'll change. Terrible coverage where we are and no better in three years!

  • xJFCHx Jax (@xJFCHx) reported

@KatiesDisorder @tescomobile EE are horrific. I moved to an area that was said to have great signal. They had knocked down a mast, so I could make calls or receive texts by walking to the end of my street. Numerous signal boosting boxing offered but never arrived. Left paying for a phone I couldn't use.

  • 80rebeccaM Rebecca Reynolds (@80rebeccaM) reported

@tescomobile You should be sorry Tesco... I’ve had issues with voice calls for weeks and your online help is hopeless

  • hryan1989 Helen Ryan (@hryan1989) reported

@tescomobile Yeah but to be fair with @EE I actually get signal, I’d rather pay more for a phone I can use!

  • raysidaisy Ray (@raysidaisy) reported

@tescomobile @ThreeUK allowed my number to be fraudulently ported out despite me calling on receipt of a pac code I didn’t ask for. Customer service was shocking and complaint process even worse. On the plus side I’m off to another provider in May.

  • dingfcjamie Jamie (@dingfcjamie) reported

@AdamHumphries96 @tescomobile I’m on Tesco mob uses o2 masts, class reception. And customer service on point, plus you get mad club cards points.

  • G_R_T81 G Thompson (@G_R_T81) reported

@tescomobile You should be sorry for the fools you hire in your stores in the larger tesco stores, customer service is better in Guantanamo

  • twistedpixel8 Scott Fotheringham (@twistedpixel8) reported

@dazzypops @tescomobile I think the point is that you signed a contract to pay that price for the duration. It’s BS that this is even allowed. It’s like having a contract to buy a car for £30k that says they can ask for more later. It’s stupid. Inflation, etc. should be built into the price advertised.

  • nimal_patel Nimal Patel (@nimal_patel) reported

@tescomobile @VodafoneUK messing up my contract, misspelling my name and saying it’s fine and no offers given to customer who’ve been with them for a significant amount of years.
