@tescomobile No it’s not just in one area, I’m a coach driver that travels the country and the service is very very hit and miss. Lucky to get 3G let alone 4G. I now have a package with Virgin and have had to go with 02. The service I got with Virgin was first class, what a mistake.

@tescomobile I think you’ll find virgin have gone with 02, at least that’s what my new SIM card says. If it was with Vodafone all I can say is that was ten times better than the 02 service I’m receiving.

@StompWompin @tescomobile That could go to food, or rent. I have never seen a phone bill like that.😬

@Jessrocks71 @StompWompin @tescomobile It’s when an app uses data in the background to update even when you aren’t using it. That’s awful. Contact the ombudsman as that doesn’t sound right.

Yet again @tescomobile internet isn’t working. Let me guess, there’s “maintenance in your area” joke of a network

@tescomobile How is it you advertise such a great signal and coverage with O2 network…… I’m with O2 and believe me it’s shite. Bad signal most of the time and don’t get me started on dropped calls😡

@tescomobile And the fact that @tescomobile have chosen to make the store stock separate is not my problem.

@tescomobile Thanks Liz but I realise this. My point is why has it been made difficult for the customer when a broken phone amounts to a broken contract? Surely the onus should be on @tescomobile to fix this and limit the break in the contract?

@tescomobile I suspect that any existing contact will still be with Vodafone but when they renew it will be with 02. 02s service needs to be improved dramatically. I was with 02 3 years ago and the poor network was one of the reasons I went with Virgin. O2 has not improved at all.
