    @tescomobile Every time I try to do things it can take a few mins to even load Google. They obviously don't monitor Twitter like you do. Thanks for the help.

    @tescomobile Spend 30 min unsuccessfully trying to load a new payment card online. Error message prompts me to call Customer Support. They tell me they can't do anything. Go back to square one. This is not a good system. Basic transactions should be easy!
