@tescomobile Been having an issue with texts to my sister displaying the number on the SIM card you sent me rather than the number I ported from my previous provider. I've asked for a new SIM with my actual number on. Today my phone service has stopped. Please can you contact me

@tescomobile Yes, seems to be limited service everywhere and no service at all from home. I only use my phone for calls and my current handset does not allow for Wi-Fi calling so I’m stuck

@tescomobile Hi, I’m a tesco colleague and have been experiencing massive signal problems in the last couple of months. Calls don’t come through to me at home and there are no missed call messages. So far I’ve missed 3 hospital appts and 2 doctors appts. Please help 🙏🏻
