@tescomobile It happens at all hours of the day though when I’m at home so I’m just wondering if there’s another issue as the network can’t be busy all the time throughout the week

@tescomobile - lack of information about the real cost of deferring a payment. Tesco thank you for seemly wanting to help your customers during the cost of living but in actually fact you're penalizing them with the lack of information that punishes a customer for 3 months after

@tescomobile Can't get default PAYGO sim code. Can't retrieve from mobile app, personal details option not there, despite the site saying it is! Web chat... just shows little X, nothing happens. Called help number 4 times and got cut off. Anyone else hate technology?

Cannot express how much I would encourage others to avoid @tescomobile…horrendous customer service! Won’t let me speak to a manager as will be getting a call in 7 days…11 days later, still nothing 🤬 shame on you @Tesco

I’m not a keyboard warrior, slagging off poor service etc but after 8 calls, being cut off, promised a call back (still waiting, an hour late), Joyce, Dani, Jordan and Rachel are the epitome of totally garbage service, empty promises and total uselessness @tescomobile .

@iamamyhunter @tescomobile I have the same problem in my area and its now for nearly one month... each single time they saying engineer is trying to fix the problem...i wouldn't be able to do nothing if i wouldn't have home broadband with different provider

@tescomobile @tescomobile ok it’s been 5 full days of no signal in my home - when working from home this is an issue! But equally I’ve had no updates other than to be told they’re aware! Also paying for a service I’m not receiving is getting a bit of a joke! Can you look into this?

@tescomobile That's very disappointing. 10 days is a lot. During that time we continued to pay for a service we couldn't use at all & had zero communication from Tesco to even tell us this was happening. It's a shame the company was happy to take our money, but not return. Food for thought

@jellymalin It was reading a very similar story to this that made me switch after 25 years(!) from @VodafoneUK to @tescomobile. I now pay £11 a month. When I called Vodafone to terminate my contract they didn’t ask why. So sorry for your loss.
