@O2 - I would like to make a complaint. I'm a victim of identify fraud and your fraud department have taken over 2.5 months to respond (I am still waiting!). @VodafoneUK and @tescomobile took 10 days to close the case from contacting them. What is taking so long to respond to me?

@tescomobile Hi Liz, Its not just waiting time.. after waiting 30mins extremely rude service online and over the phone. Better to join different network I guess..

@tescomobile Hi, it's not my phone as my husband on the same network is having an issue. The 4g calling is a poor signal despite a technician saying it should be a strong one inside and out

  • Bert054 Bert054 (@Bert054) reported

@tescomobile I’ve added 1gb data to my phone. Paid. But it says immediately that I’ve used the 1gb already. Please help.

  • Dughalllaing dughall (@Dughalllaing) reported

@VodafoneUK care to explain why your customer service team implied it's not legal to keep your own number when changing contracts without upgrading? @tescomobile offer an easy service to do just that?

  • meggzzie Megan (@meggzzie) reported

@tescomobile The technician was from we fix as part of Samsung as my phone was not bought from tesco and I have been having a hardware issue. However he said 4g calling is not registered. My husband also has issues with 4g signal but the tech said it should be strong

  • AlanSabatino Alan Sabatino (@AlanSabatino) reported

@tescomobile Hi there, can you tell me why on 4g signal watching a twitch stream it keeps buffering every 20 seconds or so?

  • Connie55094856 Connie (@Connie55094856) reported

  • AlanSabatino Alan Sabatino (@AlanSabatino) reported

@tescomobile It's happening at my home, it never used to do this, but the past week or so I'll have full signal but when I try to stream anything it just buffers every 20 seconds or so. Quite frustrating really.
