FYI @tescomobile have a better phone, better data and price freeze for over £15 per month cheaper than you. I've been a Vodafone customer for nearly 20 years and I'm afraid you're going to lose me now. Very poor form to increase bills to loyal customers by nearly 9% mid-contract

Cancelling in cooling off period for a £13 sim results in a £232 final bill! 5 calls to customer services and every agent passes you on to somebody else claiming the system is down; it wasn’t down to raise an extortionate incorrect bill though
