@tescomobile I’ve been waiting for a callback about a new contract since 25th October - called CS 7 times and escalated issue 3 - is no one calling back customers anymore. If you don’t want to call customers back fine but can you provide a deadlock letter so I can go to Ofcom

@tescomobile no service. Can you please assist with? The first phone lost service a week and the second phone lost service today. I tried restarting but agent did not want to escalate. I need phone my so I can work and get around, without this its impossible.

Doesn't take a genius to work out the main account holder is priority surely, my advice insist on speaking to manager, don't even try help on here

hello @tescomobile spoke to your live chat a few months ago to order a replacement sim, as lost my old one. sim never arrived, please can you get this sorted for me and compensate for delay.
