    @tescomobile Hi, I’m still waiting for a phone call for your customer services about unlocking my phone. I was promised a return call within 24 hours, now almost 2 days later.... still waiting.

    @tescomobile your phone signal is extremely poor, why is it so bad? Visited your St Helens store earlier today and couldn’t get a signal outside/inside the store! Oh and your WiFi is poo as well. Should have stayed with @EE but they’re mega expensive!

    @tescomobile Hi. I’m currently in Spain and having an issue with your data service. It was working fine and now has slowed right down. I’m still in my data allowance and wondered if there was an issue? Regards, Joe
