    @tescomobile Hi, I’m still waiting for a phone call for your customer services about unlocking my phone. I was promised a return call within 24 hours, now almost 2 days later.... still waiting.

    @alcatelmobileuk @tescomobile I contacted Alex at your customer services with information provided by the the coder of the Big Font app in the Google playstore regarding fix but he said he could not guarantee anything. Meanwhile the font on my phone is tiny due to the bug in the update.

    @tescomobile Doesn't show any issues, just some rubbish about data. I do have to laugh about the 'good 4g' bit because that's a massive lie

    When @tescomobile take your money. Cancel the order, don't tell you they have, tell you a refund will be in 3 to 5 days and it's not. Then it will be in Within 24 hours.. and it's not. You phone & suddenly they can't access your details.

    Hey @tescomobile, got any tips on how to fix your signal so I can receive calls? (Not happening all the time) Not currently working and I'm really starting to wonder if I've missed very important calls

    @tescomobile Can't sign in to tesco mobile because I do not have a number when it sends 'enter this code' to a number that is not registered in fact I can't do anything.

    @tescomobile @Tesco @tescocustomers1 On 21 January. I called many times before then and each time was told fraud would call back between 2-5 days and they never did. I’ve spent hours trying to find anyone to help.

    @tescomobile why can no one help me reset my password??? Have tried chat and a phone call just going round in circles and emails to set password not coming through. Absolutely useless.Have never had this issue before.😡😡😡

    @tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews I need to call a relative to inform them of a bereavement. Can’t make any calls. Haven’t been able to since Thursday. Your customer services are refusing to do anything immediately. Horrified. Fix it.
