@tescomobile hi, is there a problem with your telephone customer service? Twice I’ve called to speak to someone (I can’t get the response I need through chat), and after about 6 minutes the hold music is interrupted by a beep, then I can hear background noise but no one speaks.

@tescomobile so fed up will little or no service in my area. Over a year now with 1 bar if I'm lucky. O2 say mast is fixed but it's not. Struggling to phone you to complain.

@tescomobile having a nightmare with your network. Have had not been able to make any calls since 10am, no network coverage. This is a new contract. Went on tesco mobile chat earlier. Told to turn off, then turn on phone after 6pm and all would be well. Its not. Shambles.
