@tescomobile Hi thank you for replying over the last month the reception and Internet service is very poor putting it mildly my air code is C15ek53 at it keeps dropping calls and Internet connection which is most annoying to say the least.

@tescomobile poor show. Tried to sign up for new contract at 21.30. Deal ended at midnight. You needed me to verify but not open until today. Agent said no deal now. V annoyed.

@VinnieLouu @tescomobile They don't, Katie. They've damaged my credit score, admitted it and refuse to fix it. Plus their payment system isn't compatible with industry standards. Terrible company.

@tescomobile my mam called up today for some help and advise, the customer service she received was disgusting. When she asked to put in a complaint, she was told there wasn’t a complaints department, which is a massive lie.

@tescomobile I recently ported over my old phone number to my new sim (& phone), but now every time I make or receive a phone call, my 4G signal just disappears and I have to turn my phone off and on again to get Internet back. Any idea why?

@tescomobile They have several times!! And been promised call backs from a manager twice. Then promised the complaints department would call but nothing. It's outrageous! I'm not impressed whatsoever. You obviously don't give a crap about your customers.
