@tescomobile Hi, I’m still waiting for a phone call for your customer services about unlocking my phone. I was promised a return call within 24 hours, now almost 2 days later.... still waiting.

@CraftyGirl72 @tescomobile I have to agree with you I was with O2 previously so thought it would work the same with Tesco but I get cut of during a conversation and I have to go outside the house otherwise they can’t hear me properly I have reported this to be told there’s a fault with the network

@tescomobile Im tesco mobile and while the service is cheap you get what you pay for. The Internet sucks i always have to connect to WiFi

@samziz @OutlawRealms @tescomobile No one reads contracts. I have a contract with Virgin, which won't allow them to change the price or terminate the contract without my consent. I get calls all the time, trying to get me into any other contract with them. Not happening.

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE If they change your contract they are breaching your contract and you can cancel. I was with them and they upped my picture message cost, so I told them I wanted out, also because they breached I got to keep the phone. Then I went sim only and bought a phone outright.

@tescomobile I’ve been with Tesco Mobike for the past 5-7 years, never had an issue and their SIM only contracts are hard to beat anywhere else.
