@GBlue1999 @tescomobile That's my issue. I cancelled it within 30 minutes as I forgot to put my discount code in and then no one can tell me exactly if I will be getting a refund or if the cancellation has gone through.

HNY @tescomobile just cost us £300- you cancelled our credit agreement for phone. ‘Care’ team said our only option was to return phone and rebuy on new agreement!! you’ve admitted that you never notified us that we needed to return the phone. Terrible service

@superbry121 @tescomobile @virginmedia You know Tesco mobile users O2 network as its carrier. O2 and Virginmedia merged last year. Tesco mobile isn't an MNO
