  Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman

  @tescomobile It checks internet speed !!! Clearly haven't a clue. Your internet speed for any devices connected to Tesco Mobile Network (which is 02), is woeful !

  @Hepworthclare @EE I tried to get a new phone at @tescomobile yesterday- they no longer do data transfer for you. Will be taking my contract somewhere that does! Fed up of paying more, for less support.

  Why is it I reside 12 miles North from the centre of Cardiff and have 2 sim cards in my phone on different networks but only receive a 5G and 4G signal? I travel thousands of miles to the tiny Greek island of Skiathos and receive 5G and 5G. Can someone explain why that is. I am guessing there are still insufficient 5G masts outside of Cardiff. @EE @tescomobile
