Jarod Mcphee (@jarodmph) reported@tescomobile You take a contract pay it off on time every month. Leave go to another network for a year. Ask to come back and they say no when your credit score is fine. Need to re evaluate customer loyalty.
-
k (@vandpstores) reported@jonmuggle @tescomobile Yeah you send them a DM and then they tell you they can’t help. It just looks good on their Twitter feed.

RayRos21💙 (@RayRosario21) reported@tescomobile I recently made the mistake of moving to EE. Overcharged on my very first bill, advised of a price increase coming at the end of March and awful customer service. Thankfully I was able to cancel within my 14 day cooling off period and now happily back with Tesco...thank goodness!
-
Dee (@Wifeydee_PJA) reported@aquatic_reviews @tescomobile @O2 You do realise that Tesco piggybacks on o2 network right, if I’ve ever had an issue I would go on chat to them and it gets sorted so hope o2 can sort it for you, the bill is only going up by like a few pence the reason Tesco won’t do that is because the prices are already up to
-
JP (@JPICT123) reported@tescomobile @VOXI_UK is there for me, in fact my price has even gone down with the special offers👌
-
Steve Pogson #BoycottPalmOil (@StevePogson1) reported@tescomobile And nothing happened - customer service is not a strength is it?
-
Delta (@DeltaNC) reported@CreateALittle @tescomobile ... but do the same with Tesco mobile (which works on O2 btw) and they’d gave no idea where you were when the call was made. Also odd situation sure but if you’re ever in a place with only 4G signal (no 3G or 2G) then you can’t make or receive calls on Tesco mobile. But O2 can.
-
Tony Rothwell (@Shornoff) reported@tescomobile Please take this tweet as notice that I wish to cancel with effect from May 15, 2021 but I wish to keep my number and would like a PAC code.
-
Delta (@DeltaNC) reported@tescomobile That’s one side, but you don’t support calls over 4G or WiFi which in a way makes your signal worse call wise. Also if I call 112 (999) but pass out (or can’t talk) your network does not tell emergency services where I am. Also no visual voicemail so takes ages to listen.

matt (@aquatic_reviews) reported@tescomobile @O2 are the worst join them and they say I will get extra trade in then don't. I should get family discount and they say no as kept checking number and said its too late now. Then get 2 messages saying RPI increase. Terrible service really annoyed will cancel all asap
