@tescomobile The network says my account has been closed, I've turned the old phone with the old sim off but my texts are still coming from a different number, but when I call someone it comes from my old number which I want to keep

I have changed my mind about @tescomobile customer service, they're terrible! My mum has had problems with her phone from the word go, the battery on it dies very quickly and is faulty. They will not even give her a brand new replacement mobile phone. 😡😡

@iromg So @tescomobile say if I call them tomorrow they'll give me the number of phone thats gone missing So I can call it and find it tonight They said if their bosses trusted internet advisors to same level as landline ones itd be reasy to help me
