@tescomobile the problem I think is that the older generation don't really understand what they need and what they don't need, nor what is a fair deal, not even what they are using or not using - many of them are scared of being online and just want someone they can trust to help them.

@tescomobile I'll be struggling to put dinner on the table after you thieves have tried to charge me £250 for a replacement screen! You aren't getting anything for it, and I'm also gonna stop doing food shopping at Tesco as well. Congrats on losing a customer!
