Richard Would (@richwould) reported@tescomobile How about a company that sells two different contracts as if two different time periods but then charges you if you leave wish to change the first contract before the second has expired? You should be saying sorry, losing a customer of 12 years in six months time.

This was a year ago and it was garbage.
