But despite over 9 months of problems with a nearby mast, peoviding 3G at best, friends and family unable to contact me and my daughter by phone in my own home, complaints over the last few months still no refund and no way of moving forward.

@tescomobile Hello! I received a bill for £222.14 out of the blue yesterday for a handset I paid for in full. Rang Tesco customer services and spoke to a very helpful lady who said there was nothing further to pay and the billing department would remove this charge (1/2)

Pathetic company breaking the agreement. I had bought a mobile in black friday deal on clubcard and now they have sent me a bill with additional payments even when i have proof of conversation with the service desk with my payments completed and account closed. @tescomobile
