    @tescomobile I've bought a pay as you go sim for a new huawei y5 phone yet it wont connect to network. Just saying emergency calls only. Can you help please

    @tescomobile can you help sons phone out of contract and now broken want to cancel contract. Cant do online and struggling to get hold of Tesco via phone. Thanks

    Just spent an hour on a chat with @tescomobile support explaining the bug they have with their billing system. Got the money back, but agent seamed unable to actually raise the issue internally. Currently can only call my 80yr old mother at 55p minute. @tescomobile fix the bug!!

    @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable

    @BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile Good heavens. That's really bad.I always buy Google as my son used to work for them for 10 years. I got a great deal when I sent my old 5 year old one back,too. EE offered me £20. Google offered me £50, but paid me £86.

    @SBarrettBar @tescomobile By Text (Fastest): Send a free text saying PAC to 65075. Your current network will reply within a minute or two. They may ask for extra details like your date of birth for security. The text will also state if you owe any early termination fees

    @AlexGodofsky @tescomobile I really am open to things having errors; that's life. But the fact that they seem to treat an order being completed without the user going through with it as stochastic is… bad

    @tescomobile Hi, help please! My mum recently moved from Vodafone to Tesco Mobile and there seems to be a stuck port type issue. Numbers from Vodafone can’t call her. She can phone them but incoming calls are blocked. Can you help?

    @tescomobile Hi, I'm a new customer with a PAC code... If u use the PAC code on Monday how long does it normally take to transfer... Thanks. (My number is presently with Vodafone)

    @fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth Have tried numerous times to put in complaint - not one has been raised or opened. Just ignored ! So no logging of complaints. Also requested SAR over 30 days ago and again no response to 2 requests
