    @tescomobile Perhaps you can tell me why I am paying monthly for my mobile phone when I have been without services for 6 weeks. Ph10 7JH. Terrible communication and service.

    @tescomobile @Sjsmsk9 Even if after a month someone decides that SMARTY isn't the best for reception in their area, least they can walk away. 2 year contract at £10 for 12gb is a bit of a naff deal, but then Tesco never really offer good value.

    @tescomobile @EE You do iPhone 13’s for £40 and it’s £68 with @EE, so yeah you’ve gained a customer from this April

    @tescomobile Now nearly paying 50 quid for an iPhone 11 the battery health is **** and I’m stuck in a contract I could get a brand new iPhone 13 for the price I’m paying for this 👀

    @tescomobile trying to get in contact with your sandhurst team to see when they close their shop? Just went to Warfield, Bracknell at 5.45 and they close at 6 and said they couldn’t help. Online says 7 for sandhurst, is this true please?

    @tescomobile @BBCTheOneShow Good job, cos your service sucks! Day 7 of my “24hrs maximum of no service”and still no replacement SIM card. Customer service can’t even confirm it was sent or what address. Avoid this useless network!

    @tescomobile Thanks. I've had a PAC from you and given it to my new network and I'm up and running. Does this mean Tesco won't renew my contract? I haven't received any message to say this.

    @Happy_FT_ @wonkygonk @tescomobile Never had an issue, and if you do then you can leave after a month. Tesco charge £10 for 12gb on 24 month contract, SMARTY £10 for 60gb for 1 month contract.
