    @tescomobile can you help sons phone out of contract and now broken want to cancel contract. Cant do online and struggling to get hold of Tesco via phone. Thanks

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

    It has been nearly 5 months and the horrible people at @tescomobile continue to daily. It is now time for @Tesco to do their jobs.

    @tescomobile I call customer care (oxymoron no care at all) provide my details on menu-I am connected-the noise in the background is horrendous the line cracks up-I’m barely able to understand them-there are no UK call centres-after over 10 years we are likely to part company

    @tescomobile Totally get it rolls over but to leave it for 7 years is a joke… he did upgrade but whoever did it never upgraded that contract. They put him on a new one hence he was never aware this one was still active. Pretty sure he’s been misled. What’s the email for a complaint?

    @TescoMobile I received 3 separate contract emails today for Google Pixel 10 Pro XL phones I never ordered, addressed to 2 different people (John Rymer & John Wilson) but sent to MY email address! Each email contains contract documents-I've Never been a Tesco Mobile customer!

    @tescomobile DO NOT get a tesco phone contract IF u live in Bournemouth BH4 area as signal non existent. Don't say it's good Tesco as it's NOT and never has been.
