    @tescomobile I've bought a pay as you go sim for a new huawei y5 phone yet it wont connect to network. Just saying emergency calls only. Can you help please

    @tescomobile I’ve been unable to connect to the mobile network all day - my children are on the same network with older phones and yet have no issues

    @tescomobile your service is absolutely terrible. We have a family bereavement. We have changed my dad’s phone to pay as you go and it’s not working and he need the phone to make all the arrangements. Your call centres are useless!

    @tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.

    @tescomobile I upgraded the 4 sim only contracts I have with you, & decided to add a 5th contract with a new S26 over 3 years. Ordered, paid, & nothing arrived. Cust 📞 service told me it was deemed suspicious & cancelled. I tried in store , but it wouldn’t go through…1/2

    @tescomobile ... ONCE AGAIN I AM HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS TOPPING UP MY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO MY LIFE ... I CANT USE YOUR MOBILE APP AS WONT RECOGNISE ME... I TOPPED UP ON THE 9TH WITH EE CARD SERVICES... THEY HAVE TAKEN £19.60 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT YOU TELL ME

    FFS @tescomobile lovely day no rain no cloud no snow no hail nothing and can hardly get online again seriously how can you make claims like provided by 02 with 99% coverage when it doesn't work in the middle of a town

    @fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth If you’re considering Tesco Mobile… think twice. I’ve had no network on my pay-monthly phone for 4 weeks with zero resolution. Support’s been frustrating and I’m still no further forward. 😤
