Lee James (@wots_kraken) reported@tescomobile @RossGraham4780 It's not just area. I have 5g and I can have one bar etc and the signal is worse than old 3G. Let's be fair signals are a scam. Saying best 4G and best 5G etc when it's actually worse now. I can't wait til my contract is up. Im leaving Tesco and wouldn't recommend

Ann (@English_girl98) reported@tescomobile hello, I've come back from staying with family to find there's no phone signal where I live and I've not had signal since Saturday which is a massive issue as I'm disabled and am currently unable to contact medical teams etc to sort things out.

Rufus🏴🇬🇧 (@RobertJudd4) reported@tescomobile Strange in this GPS accurate tech with mobiles that Tesco cannot differentiate between Greece and Albania, arrived in Corfu Greece to be told that Tesco that Greece is a home destination and you are covered for use on your mobile, several days later, another message,welcome to Albania, I have not moved my location, I have never been to Albania, get back to find I have some charges as phone says I was in Albania, Corfu is close to Albania, about 5 miles, the solution according to Tesco is to turn off roaming data,put your data allowance to zero. Seems pointless to have Tesco as that is why I changed because no charges in EU. To be fair to Tesco they gave me a credit but this must be a common problem with Corfu.

🏌🏼♂️ (@Mr_k_hills) reported@tescomobile I’ve started a contract with you 2 weeks ago.. I ported my old number to you using my pac code. Since then I can’t make calls or text or use data off of WiFi.. and any contact I have with customer service I’m getting fobbed off. Can you fix this
