    @tescomobile I've been speaking to your technical help lot, they suggested changing my sim card, did that and it's still not working properly so no idea what the issue is.

    @tescomobile She has a spare sim at home she can try swapping across to, if that doesn't work presumably we'll have to return the phone. Is it something on her account that isn't correct though

    @tescomobile My network coverage is worse on Tesco mobile than it was on giffgaff which use O2

    @tescomobile he bought for her from you in March. She has phoned many times to try and get this sorted. Hopefully new SIM will fix it but if not I'll move her to my provider

    @CarolineFlint I'm only asking because I've had shocking intrusive experiences whilst logged onto HMG LA DMBC Council+Library WiFi in 2017 using a 3rd Gen Moto G smartphone via @tescomobile network.......
