Paul Bailey (@pmb200) reported@chrisisadolphin @StewMasters @tescomobile I struggle getting data and it's taken 10 weeks for them to offer to cancel the contract if I pay off the phone (option available to me anyway) or 2 months data back. The customer service is excellent but the actual phone service is very poor (in my experience).
