Chris (@geordiechris48) reported@tescomobile I have a pay monthly sim and want to temporarily forward my calls to another number, however it seems that I am unable to do that as when I try to do it in my phone settings it’s doesn’t work. Do you not allow diverting to a different number on your network?

Saz The Crumb (@PikaSaz) reported@tescomobile tried to help a family friend who's in their 70s top up today, was told card payment wasnt working so brought the voucher. Your service kept directing us to download an app. He doesn't have a smart phone, so tell me how are OAPS meant to top up?
