@reddeath614 @tescomobile You're paying for a third party broker of o2, lose alot of the frills like boosters, 4g calling, WiFi calling etc.. o2 channel is quite poor for passing through buildings. Inside try forcing the connection type to 2G if your signal shows strong.

@tescomobile Bought SIM, phone came with it I think. Yes. Swapped to Smarty but no signal, so immediately swapped back to Tesco. Was 2nd phone under man's name you have down -HL

@tescomobile Yesterdy, sons rocket pack wouldn’t/couldn’t renew. Store said they were unaware of any issues. Today, I get a message saying mine can’t/won’t renew. What’s going on?

@reddeath614 @tescomobile You'll likely find the mast to mast reliability is poor (usually occurs when they lose a mast) or the multi tenancy for that mast is over subscribed e.g., heavy built up areas. Could also be house if alot of metal mesh was used in construction, O2 Freq channel is poor (2/2)

@tescomobile Avoid this sham of a company The customer service is absolutely useless. Anyone who joins this mobile network will regret it without a doubt, I cannot wait for my contract to come to an end. Sick of paying for a service that does not exist.
