    @tescomobile Hi, I’m still waiting for a phone call for your customer services about unlocking my phone. I was promised a return call within 24 hours, now almost 2 days later.... still waiting.

    @BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile They couldn’t fix a mast where we live , took 3 months before we could make a call longer than 3 minutes.or not get cut off . When we phoned Tesco O2 , the woman said try another company 🥴

    @tescomobile Do you have any plans to improve coverage links in France?....every time I struggle to get a signal and when I do it continues to drop out between 2/3 different networks

    Today is Day 2 of @tescomobile illegally refusing to give me my PAC Code (to keep my phone number of 25 years) It's my lawful right - it's our property They won't: - tell it on the phone - call me - text it - email it (to the account they verified) NEVER use them

    @Djq1971 @tescomobile I'm with them 10plus years at 15e a month and the customer service has always been excellent 4 phones in the family with them

    @tescomobile @RossGraham4780 It's not just area. I have 5g and I can have one bar etc and the signal is worse than old 3G. Let's be fair signals are a scam. Saying best 4G and best 5G etc when it's actually worse now. I can't wait til my contract is up. Im leaving Tesco and wouldn't recommend

    And yet again @tescomobile stiffs me. Offer a bundle you can’t use or renew to and all they can say is ‘we will work on the issue’ but sorry not sorry you can’t use this offer Surely this is false advertising and borderline scamming customers
