NoisyWhisper 🏴 (@Stu37900363) reported@tescomobile is pants. 0 customer service. Ripped me off. Taken money and 12hrs later I still don't have my Bundle. Live chat is a joke, and I can't call you as advertised because I have 0 credit after paying for renewal.
-
K Jones (@Homer_EFG) reported@DaveKendallPho1 @tescomobile They turned the 3G signal off which I know has caused me to lose signal in one area I used to have it.

🇬🇧🏴 🇺🇸Patriot (@Blister4951) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile By Text (Fastest): Send a free text saying PAC to 65075. Your current network will reply within a minute or two. They may ask for extra details like your date of birth for security. The text will also state if you owe any early termination fees

Dave Gander (@DaveGander) reported@tescomobile I’ve just told you - my mobile banking app is locked. I’m not interested I am totally disgusted. No I will not hide behind DMs. Your customer care is crap and the service ****. Plus I’ve just lost one hour of chargeable labour, for which I will be invoicing. You are in debt.
-
Tim (@t1m670) reported@tescomobile we were told a few weeks ago that a mast was down in our area affecting signal. Please can you check if I provide a postcode? We rely on your network for both phones and our internet and they’re both performing very poorly recently.

Sean (@SeanSav31) reported@tescomobile Totally get it rolls over but to leave it for 7 years is a joke… he did upgrade but whoever did it never upgraded that contract. They put him on a new one hence he was never aware this one was still active. Pretty sure he’s been misled. What’s the email for a complaint?
-
Lesley (@Headonamission) reported@Hepworthclare @EE I tried to get a new phone at @tescomobile yesterday- they no longer do data transfer for you. Will be taking my contract somewhere that does! Fed up of paying more, for less support.
-
Jackie (@jackie_jury) reported@MRSREALOPINIONS @tescomobile @Tesco I have been with Tesco mobile for years now and never received scam calls/texts from them. Hopefully you flagging yours up helps others

Sian (@SianElin_PT73) reported@tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedThe vast body of consumer rights legislation still doesn't cover the single most difficult scenario a consumer can face: when a company, @tescomobile, puts one through hours of customer service in a stubborn refusal to accept payment and then says by failing to create an account one has blacklisted from their service (which apparently retains personal data of those who don't have accounts, whose processing is presumably lawful on the grounds of sadism—missed that GDPR ground).
