@tescomobile With #TescoMobileTreats I would call my Dad who I've seen through the window 3 times since start of lockdown as 86 year old and suffered 2 heart attack during lockdown and been looked after buy his homecarer as poor health soory all here he comes first

@tescomobile Is someone able to reset my information stored so I can buy the iPhone 12 Pro. Its just been nobody is helpful or owning it ove just been passed around the houses. My bank said they could see no reason why it would be their problem cause it never got as far as a visa check.

@Mandoline_Blue I was with O2 for 20 years-ish and they did nothing for me. May I humbly suggest @tescomobile .... they've been very good, and run on the O2 network as a backbone.

@tescomobile I've been in store 4 times to buy a phone i keep getting told it must be a bank issue ive been in person to barclays and called their customer services they have not refused anything because it didn't even get past a visa check nothing is on their system to refuse.

@tescomobile live checker says there’s a faulty mast near to me and my signal keeps dropping. Can you please advise how long this is likely to be an issue for? The checker says an update will be provided on 08/07/22 but presumably this won’t be issued out to everyone affected?

@tescomobile Shame. I needed a reliable phone for work today and still do, and since you guys already take payments monthly it shouldn't be a problem. So it seems I'll have to look for a new provider elsewhere. How do I go about cancelling my account?

@tescomobile Could someone help direct me to a person who can over ride the system so I can buy the phone today and put this stress behind me as its been going on for 10 days and im going round in circles in store and on phone because no one is qualified to know what to do. My bank are fine.

Tried to find a way with @tescomobile seems like the only way is to leave. Suggest anyone thinking this may be a good choice think again. Their admin.promises and philosophy for customer help is sadly not there
