Fair amount of people on here complaining to Tesco who have stock response that the mobile may not be compatible or emergency notice not enabled. Utter rubbish. Think their network needs sorting

Graham Taynton (@TayntonGraham) reported@tescomobile Three Tesco Mobile users in this household. Two of us got the alert, one didn't. The one that didn't get it is a nearly new Samsung 5g phone running Android 13. Alerts on the phone are all switched on, and the phone was in a good signal area.
