@tescomobile With #TescoMobileTreats I would call my Dad who I've seen through the window 3 times since start of lockdown as 86 year old and suffered 2 heart attack during lockdown and been looked after buy his homecarer as poor health soory all here he comes first

@tescomobile Also if you check the log of the conversation I had with customer service on the day. If you have a system that tells you you’re running out of data, so you immediately top up &still get charged, the system is wrong.

@tescomobile Hi Callum. In the end, we had to drive all the way out. Massive traffic. The guys in the shop can't answer phone when it's busy. Too bad
