  @tescomobile With #TescoMobileTreats I would call my Dad who I've seen through the window 3 times since start of lockdown as 86 year old and suffered 2 heart attack during lockdown and been looked after buy his homecarer as poor health soory all here he comes first

  @TescoMobile I received 3 separate contract emails today for Google Pixel 10 Pro XL phones I never ordered, addressed to 2 different people (John Rymer & John Wilson) but sent to MY email address! Each email contains contract documents-I've Never been a Tesco Mobile customer!

  @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   Called @tescomobile to port my number from different network after signing contract, every day I’ve called customer service. Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africa… That’s absolute madness!

  @tescomobile are u having payment issue today as cant get my first payment through on the S25 ultra deal... We have the emails and have received the digital signature code but then get get told try again later... So, are there payment issues or no phone stock...Ta.
