  @tescomobile With #TescoMobileTreats I would call my Dad who I've seen through the window 3 times since start of lockdown as 86 year old and suffered 2 heart attack during lockdown and been looked after buy his homecarer as poor health soory all here he comes first

  Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman

  @tescomobile It checks internet speed !!! Clearly haven't a clue. Your internet speed for any devices connected to Tesco Mobile Network (which is 02), is woeful !

  Absolutely dire customer service from @tescomobile. Service was down for 6 days. Claimed compensation for the outage. Got an AI reply same day auto closing the case. Filled in their silly form from the next reply. Reply came back wanting more information!

  @tescomobile OH that old chestnut! @tescomobile used that as an ongoing excuse to delay and frustrate those who complain. Ombudsman will rule in my favour. "CEO team" 10 days to sort it ticking down!
