@tescomobile Pathetic service; which I've come to expect from you lot. I'll be escalating the complaint; checking my 'upgrade' date for when I can move without incurring charges, then get moving to a provider who can actually do their job, as opposed to the tin-pot firm tesco mobile is.

  • joevoller1 joevoller1 (@joevoller1) reported

@tescomobile hi why am I paying £50 and getting now 4g when I have full signal?

  • living_itlittle Fiona Hills (@living_itlittle) reported

@tescomobile is there an issue with the 4g network in York?

  • RubyTinkerbell RubyTinkerbell (@RubyTinkerbell) reported

@tescomobile Yes it's over the 14 days; it's mainly at home. There's just no signal at all, so I'm unable to do anything! I shouldn't have to pay any cancellation charges if you're not providing the service I'm paying you for!

  • SWstudent78 mel (@SWstudent78) reported

@tescomobile why does my phone signal/4G etc go down every weekend night making it impossible for me to make calls? For the last 4 weeks it's been bad 9pm till 9am Fri to Sun but fine the rest of the time..

  • DavidBuckell David Buckell (@DavidBuckell) reported

No @tescomobile signal since around 6pm in Bournemouth?

  • JohnPri50452361 John Pritchard (@JohnPri50452361) reported

@tescomobile i have a text message purporting to be from Tesco Mobile saying the service hasn't been what you'd hope to offer and giving me a £5 ecredit if I click on a link. Is it genuine ?

  • Ohholycow Sammy 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Ohholycow) reported

@tescomobile hi, I completed an upgrade over a week ago, I can’t see any update online and haven’t received my new sim even though I opted to keep my own sim as it fits? Can you help please.

  • WrightICT P Wright (@WrightICT) reported

@tescomobile Is there a reason you don't support AppleWatch? Odd as O2 do and you use their tech.

  • Emperor_juk1234 Caledonian Man (@Emperor_juk1234) reported

@tescomobile I cannot talk to customer services online because apparently yous are busy. I could not access a phone number also. Everytime I disconnect from WiFi, my mobile Internet automatically starts even though I turned it off in settings. Therefore I want to get it sorted.
