@tescomobile OK, but when it comes to grocery deliveries, you won't help disabled people, not good enough.

@tescomobile My Tesco phone had terrible reception, do you have staff on the board of OFCOM woooohahaha

  • ThatsASecretLOL Mark Baker (@ThatsASecretLOL) reported

@tescomobile Yes I took out a second contract. The signal issues are everywhere. You claim to have 99% 4G indoor coverage but I’m funding the 4G service to be well under par. I know your not planning on it but I’m saying you should. There are plenty of ppl online asking for it. Get it sorted!

  • voyagersprit1 Michael Fowler (@voyagersprit1) reported

Switched over to @tescomobile today. Had to contact their Switched team twice today. Great customer experience and service. Using the o2 network...its the network to be with

  • AndrewMcGettig1 Andrew McGettigan (@AndrewMcGettig1) reported

@tescomobile Our local o2 mask has been having signal problems for 2 days now, when is it likely to be operational soon or we may return our new phones

  • ThatsASecretLOL Mark Baker (@ThatsASecretLOL) reported

@tescomobile have never been cut off when travelling before on other networks. I understand that there will be fluctuation when travelling and I accept that. What I can’t accept is how Tesco are not willing to aid their customers with Wi-fi calling. It’s astandard function by now.

  • PucatuB Butacup Pucatub (@PucatuB) reported

@RooAndrews6 @tescomobile That sounds horrible! Being held prisoner in a contract is hell 💔

  • StevieFrazR Stevie (@StevieFrazR) reported

@tescomobile and had to drive to a store who couldn't even deal with my problem. I was also told on the phone that I would be called by a manager within 24 working hours, I missed the call unfortunately but they said they would ring back yesterday and they haven't. What are you going to do

  • suz_sue sue_ hope (@suz_sue) reported

@tescomobile Have done all this before I tweeted, I went about 8 miles, was working when I left home, did not work in Dorchester as tried to use parking app and still not working at home. Still not working but have it here on a regular basis sadly when the weather isn't good.

  • stitwit John Stitch (@stitwit) reported

@Scarfie1 @tescomobile @Tesco No solution. The point is, the tearable paper seal means you leave bag intact and keep your bread fresh. Simple, but not simple enough for idiots at Tesco.
