@tescomobile I have no WiFi at the moment and have spent a fortune on extra bundles only to find I’m getting a 3G service at home which is nothing short of useless. It’s basically drained every penny I’ve added and I’ve received no service! 😡

@tescomobile Yes, Rob, I did. This is not the problem. One problem is on the Tesco Mobile side. I asked your company for SIM card activation. Then I had got the assurance they are willing to do this for me. So I trusted them that they take it seriously. Do they really want to activate my SIM?

@tescomobile Hi Liz,does this all mean that within a short time 3 independent Tesco Mobile experts who chatted with me irresponsibly lied to me? Hereby I can't count on that service anymore? Then thanks. The bigger company the fewer individual responsibilities towards individual customers.Sad.

@tescomobile But I’m on your network now. We established that earlier! I don’t think you did the transfer properly. Try telling Vodafone!

@tescomobile coverage is shocking & appalling- I’m in a town centre you’d expect coverage to be strong. If connected to home wifi that’s fine -if I go out & try to use data & FaceTime - very unreliable/poor connection constantly. I’m paying for a service your not providing!
