Because I've ordered a new one for my 86 year old Mother. It hasn't arrived yet but you have already turned off her current one so now she is without her phone!! π€¨

I'm sorry, but you're being taken for a ride. For the last 4 years, I've been on Β£8pm unlimited calls/texts. Started with 8GB, now 15GB. Even the Β£6.50 had unlimited calls texts & 4GB! Call your network!
