@tescomobile don’t deal with CHRIS,only rang up to add my husband onto my package,totally mucked my phone up have not been able to use my phone for 3 days,got a SIM card I never asked for,do your job properly idiot,thanks for the stress😡

@tescomobile what makes it further appalling is the first call made to customer care, my grandmother, who is recovering from a stroke and so gets confused, did not pass security checks, despite the answers she gave being correct......

@CummingsPFH Thanks Karen. Hoping they’ll sort something out soon, otherwise I’ll be taking Mum out to get a new phone (not with @tescomobile ) and I guess a new number, which will pose more problems - contacting people to pass on her new number. 🙄

@tescomobile 26 March my Grandmothers mobile showed a fault with her SIM. 4 store visits and 3 calls to customer care later and it is still not fixed. All we need is the old number transferred to the new phone. Having been assured it would be done by 2pm today - it is not...

@tescomobile I moved from O2 to Tesco Mobile over the weekend and the portability should have been done last night by 6pm. I have now called twice your service desk and it seems that it was rejected- what happens next? This is not a great experience for a brand new customer

@tescomobile service has been seriously reduced in my local area for nearly 3 weeks. Apparently there is a fault with the local o2 mast… for how much longer? Surely we are entitled to compensation for service not received literally as soon as i leave my home!

@tescomobile so disappointed, got new phone on Saturday, your staff member set it up in shop, here we are 3 days later still not working. Something caused an error the issue should be resolved in 24 hours. Key words “something” “should “ what do we tell parents who can’t book
