@tescomobile How long does a new SIM take to arrive via post for an existing customer please? Because I've ordered a new one for my 86 year old Mother. It hasn't arrived yet but you have already turned off her current one so now she is without her phone!! 🤨

@tescomobile The fact is her SIM was switched off yesterday so she's had no mobile signal since Tuesday morning 22nd, no new SIM arrived then and still not arrived today! She's 86 and vulnerable.... 😤

@tescomobile I just have one bit of advice; use the same network in mainland UK as you do in N.Ireland. O2 suck hard and will only get worse in 5 years time.

@tescomobile very poor even the clubcard price far more expensive it's a shame I had 7 phones with Tesco now 3 and as they dont offer any insensitive to stay soon 2 pretty poor considering how well and competitive they started out

@tescomobile Thanks. Even though I had to ask for £10 on the phone top up line. Customer care did alter my package from £10 to a £5 bundle, so I appreciate that! I just wasn't able to change it myself due to the system being down yesterday.
