    @tescomobile The fact is her SIM was switched off yesterday so she's had no mobile signal since Tuesday morning 22nd, no new SIM arrived then and still not arrived today! She's 86 and vulnerable.... 😤

    @tescomobile don’t deal with CHRIS,only rang up to add my husband onto my package,totally mucked my phone up have not been able to use my phone for 3 days,got a SIM card I never asked for,do your job properly idiot,thanks for the stress😡

    @tescomobile How long does a new SIM take to arrive via post for an existing customer please? Because I've ordered a new one for my 86 year old Mother. It hasn't arrived yet but you have already turned off her current one so now she is without her phone!! 🤨

    @tescomobile It was everything thing - for calls I got No Service popup - checked your site & it indicated no local issues but there are some in nearby postcodes. Site suggests power off phone (I'd tried restart) Power off/on seems to have resolved problem Thank you

    @tescomobile I recently ported over my old phone number to my new sim (& phone), but now every time I make or receive a phone call, my 4G signal just disappears and I have to turn my phone off and on again to get Internet back. Any idea why?

    @tescomobile Appalling customer service. Trying to notify you of a bereavement. Directed to chat, chat not working. Called. Spoke to someone who demanded a mobile no (I don’t have it) and when I couldn’t provide this, put me back on hold… where I’ve been now for over an hour!

    @tescomobile Provide me with the service I am paying for then. Stop passing us around in circles and actually sort it out. Looking through your tweets and replies, I can see that I’m not the only one having problems. I’ve done everything you’ve asked for.

    Hi @tescomobile , I took out a new contract with you guys on Sunday in my local store ,supplied a pac code and all relevant info had phone on Tuesday all set up and working yet switch over from old network still not happened is this ok ?

    @tescomobile my mam called up today for some help and advise, the customer service she received was disgusting. When she asked to put in a complaint, she was told there wasn’t a complaints department, which is a massive lie.

    @danbrusca @tescomobile Update: they couldn't even cancel my contract properly. Tried to transfer me & cut me off. Agent admitted that this is a nationwide issue with people porting across. Tesco knows this yet still keep accepting new customers. Formal complaint will be raised. Avoid Tesco at all costs
