    @tescomobile The fact is her SIM was switched off yesterday so she's had no mobile signal since Tuesday morning 22nd, no new SIM arrived then and still not arrived today! She's 86 and vulnerable.... 😤

    @tescomobile don’t deal with CHRIS,only rang up to add my husband onto my package,totally mucked my phone up have not been able to use my phone for 3 days,got a SIM card I never asked for,do your job properly idiot,thanks for the stress😡

    @tescomobile How long does a new SIM take to arrive via post for an existing customer please? Because I've ordered a new one for my 86 year old Mother. It hasn't arrived yet but you have already turned off her current one so now she is without her phone!! 🤨

    @double_drax @tescomobile The system don’t even get to the credit check, their system can’t verify that your details are the same as that on the card, apparently their support team has escalated it, that was Sunday now no-one knows what’s going on 🙄🙄

    @tescomobile son is having no luck connecting to any WiFi in Spain. It automatically connected to orange but no matter where he goes, even though it says connected, no pages will load. Any problem with the orange network?

    @henry_tyrrell @tescomobile They give users a runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlock” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @tescomobile charging me over €150 for data I used (in 1 day) of despair is horrible. After years of being a loyal customer, they can keep that nbre bse I can't afford to pay 150 and it's extremely inconsiderate to not make allowances for these things. I would 100 not recommend!

    @tescomobile where i live, i can go places and have good signal but at home i never have any
