    @tescomobile donโ€™t deal with CHRIS,only rang up to add my husband onto my package,totally mucked my phone up have not been able to use my phone for 3 days,got a SIM card I never asked for,do your job properly idiot,thanks for the stress๐Ÿ˜ก

    @tescomobile How long does a new SIM take to arrive via post for an existing customer please? Because I've ordered a new one for my 86 year old Mother. It hasn't arrived yet but you have already turned off her current one so now she is without her phone!! ๐Ÿคจ

    @tescomobile The fact is her SIM was switched off yesterday so she's had no mobile signal since Tuesday morning 22nd, no new SIM arrived then and still not arrived today! She's 86 and vulnerable.... ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @tescomobile Why should I remove my number from the public if this number was completely destroyed by you? You have switched off number which I have had for over 7 years and today, I was told to cancel contract with Tesco as โ€˜we donโ€™t know how to fix itโ€™ so best way is to cancel it!

    @DrGladimir @tescomobile O2 business, giffgaff business and sky mobile all do call forwarding. All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly ยฃ25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.

    @tescomobile ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! - I have purchased new contract, gave them my PAC code, they moved my old number (in my possession for over 7 years). SIM card still not working! My number does not exist! - They have absolutely no clue what went wrong, they charged me for full month of usage (Direct Debit paid today), but now asked me to RETURN device and cancel the contact because something went wrong! I have asked them if this could be done in store, 6 hours later of me sending email, they BLACKLISTED iPhone! - I have sold my old phone, moved all data to new iPhone, now they black listed iPhone, can connect to internet even through WIFI! - My number lost, TESCO asked me to gave them phone back, I have asked if I can do this in store, they BLACKLISTED device today! - STAY AWAY From those cowboys! Absolute joke, call centres in South Africa and we pay UK prices.... STAY AWAY FROM TESCO MOBILE! I AM PAYING YOU FOR DEVICE YOU COWBOYS!!!! GIVE ME MY MOBILE NUMBER BACK!

    @tescomobile - did you check that everywhere had good 4G capability before you turned off your 3G..?.. Since your 3G got turned off my new 4G phone regularly drops the signal and cuts off important calls or blocks text messages.

    @tescomobile Predicted.. you need to revisit that and be truthful about POOR coverage then. Youโ€™re selling coverage when you donโ€™t actually have it. Literal scam
