@tescomobile I just recently moved and it keeps saying service error?? I know I recently moved from a place that had 5G to a 4G place so idk if that makes a difference??

@tescomobile hi may I have some support. I've been a contract customer for a while. To be honest if I'm outside the house and not on WiFi. The best I get is h+ and e internet. I hardly ever get 4g. So my phone is pretty pointless outside the house.

@tescomobile Local mast is STILL inoperative (over a week now!). What is the point of owning a mobile phone if you can neither make nor receive calls on it?? Shambolic service and first-class buck-passing in blaming a third party.

@tescomobile I have been waiting for a call from your Concerns Management Team since Sunday. I was told they would contact me between 3pm and 4pm yesterday but they haven't. I haven't heard anything today either. Poor service and I am not impressed 😡
