    @tescomobile in Bournemouth town centre and signal so poor unable to get internet! Can’t get cricket scores! Have had to pinch someone’s WiFi to send this message! Why is signal so bad!

    @tescomobile Is there a problem with your PAYG tip-up via phone/card service: I have been trying to top up for a sheltering vulnerable person for 2 days now! Always reporting a ‘problem with the service’!

    Having awful service with Tesco mobile at the moment and when I tried to get something sorted with customer service they tried to force me into a new contract, but I had to pay my cancellation fee first! Appalling service!! @tescomobile

    @tescomobile Thanks Callum - Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it

    @tescomobile hi I just got a new phone with you but I've only had 5G in one tiny part of my town centre, calls always drop to 3G and the speeds are super slow whereas my friend on Three had 5G all around here and 4G on calls. Should've gone with a different network 😒

    @tescomobile I have been trying to upgrade my mobile since the weekend and each time I’m being told my payment is unsuccessful and it gets cancelled, I have tried several debit cards. I have never had this issue with previous upgrades so very disappointed.

    @meloni1961 @tescomobile Not sure there's much they can do, unfortunately. The signal from over the channel is often stronger. Have you tried switching off roaming in your phone?

    I would never reccomend @tescomobile to anyone. Their customer service is awful, constantly been back and forward for months plus for the past 3-4 months I’ve been with them their network doesn’t work.. pretty much the whole of Devon, Somerset and even in Bristol!

    @Baz_Russell @tescomobile @Baz_Russell they give users the runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlock” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @JennieM37925513 @tescomobile I had the same issue and Tesco Mobile offered me 86p compensation... yes 86 pence! And I had to port my number out to Three to get my number to work. Now I'm able to receive and send calls and texts and use my data with Three with no issues whatsoever 🤔
