  • CreativeCunning Leah Gillott (@CreativeCunning) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

  • Deadandgone70 Joel Ferguson (@Deadandgone70) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

@tescomobile Enable wifi calling and I’d happily use Tesco Mobile; the signal’s not good enough at home to be able to give that up.

  • carolineerclark Caroline Clark (@carolineerclark) reported

@tescomobile Since 2013, how much do you think Tesco PLC has made from raising the cost of everyday food items? (In spite of now we’re in the worst cost of living crisis in 30 years)

  • JoBloat Joe Blo (@JoBloat) reported

@tescomobile How many billions have they invested in mobile network infrastructure in the same time period? How many more billions are they investing in next few years? How much of Tesco's 5 billion profit last year will be invested in the mobile network infrastructure?

  • prop_power Lawrence M-M (@prop_power) reported

@tescomobile been with a big company beginning with V and acting like ‘aginas’ since 08, paying £112.50pcm for an ‘old’ iPhone 11, apart from the pac switch issue, I’ve moved to Tesco am on unlimited everything iPhone 13 pro max for £46pcm!! And when the handsets paid off its less again!!!

  • blueballoon99 mark naylor (@blueballoon99) reported

@Albman55 @tescomobile You've bought in to the marketing hype. Tesco use the o2 network. I changed from o2 last year. Saved 40% on my bill and coverage is exactly the same. Customer service is great too. Its a no brainer.

  • steven_ncl Steven NCL (@steven_ncl) reported

@Albman55 @tescomobile Tesco coverage is exactly the same as 02 If you'd prefer to pay more for customer services you never use then that's great but EE wanted £55/month off me for an iPhone13 including 3 GB data. Bought phone direct from Apple for £32/month plus £8 Giffgaff Sim Saving £360 over 2yrs

  • Atamji Atamjit Niber (@Atamji) reported

@tescomobile Tescomobile may not raise bills because they are smart, customer manipulating telecoms provider. They put the increase price upfront by having expensive contracts and handsets including 3 year contracts instead of the standard 2 years contract. Customers be-aware!

  • dounowhoiam Dan Simpson (@dounowhoiam) reported

@tescomobile @giffgaff Must of been reintroduced after I had left @Adywebb - as at the time the customer services team did not allow me to set a zero cap despite Tesco doing big marketing for controlling limits to spending in adverts.

  • Frankieboy1926 Stevie Steve (@Frankieboy1926) reported

@tescomobile Your phones are on the O2 network. If you're that bothered buy your own network. You can afford it.

  • blueballoon99 mark naylor (@blueballoon99) reported

@Albman55 @tescomobile You've bought in yo the marketing hype. Tesco use the o2 network. I changed from o2 , saved nearly 40% on my bill and the coverage I have is exactly the same . Customer service is great you.
