    @tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

    Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

    @tescomobile hi, I switched 3 sim contracts over from Sky today but all 3 sims are still showing as 'not registered on network'. I have called your live chat but all they have advised is to call your customer services!!! Not easy when the phones don't work! Any suggestions

    @tescomobile I’ve tried that and nothing improves. The signal continues to dip in and out. Normally have full bars in the area, now getting none or only one.

    @tescomobile trying to enable double data perk from Clubcard Plus but get error page. Called mobile team, they passed me to clubcard team. Neither could help. Any ideas ??

    @tescomobile It’s from another network to my new Tesco sim, the text said it’d be by 6 this evening but I just wanted to know what notification I might receive when everything is completed.

    Have had some mental customer service from @tescomobile over the last couple of days. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy… Stay clear all.

    @tescomobile it didn’t no went in store to do a sim swap at about half 10 I lost service on the new sim a few hours later so assumed it had swapped but still no service so phoned up and said it hadn’t swapped over, still no service now

    @tescomobile is the network down i cant text or call anyone it was fine at 6am this morning but at 8pm it stopped working i can receive texts and calls but cant send any i am puzzled 🥴

    @tescomobile Disgusting service. My mother upgraded 2 weeks ago and you deactivated her sim. 2 weeks and she still hasnt recieved a new simcard. 2 weeks without a phone. Customer service is beyond a joke!!
