Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

@tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

@linda_whyman I used to be with Virgin broadband who were terrible. Moved to EE a couple of years ago and have no complaints. Also we’ve had our phones from TescoMobile for some years and have generally found them to be helpful & fair. (Ps I do not work for these companies & am not paid!)

@Claire_Temple @tescomobile They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “syncunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

@tescomobile Day 6 of no service after taking out new contract and transferring my existing mobile number. Get told something different every time I phone. Not good enough Tesco mobile!

@tescomobile went to town yesterday- no signal all the way. talking to a couple in the pub suggested turning it off/on-the tesco app showed i was receiving a signal - she said they needed to update summat. They also suggested checking the wifi in settings - turned it off & messages came.

@tescomobile I’ve done that Jade, still the same. Gone into town when there’s a working mast and got 4g and 5g with signal bars, so it’s not the sim or the phone. This mast has been causing trouble for over a year now, many in the area are affected. 1/2

@tescomobile I've tried to log on to my tesco mobile account and you've sent me an email with a one time code but the email hasn't come through. I've waited 30 mins. Is there a problem? 😕
