Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Irony is my wife is with @tescomobile and is getting 5G. Crossed into Switzerland today and got 5G halfway up a mountain but can’t use phone in Milan. 🤷

Instead my old number has been disconnected which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. This has been terrible service. Please get in touch.

I asked if the customer care line would still be open at 7:45pm assured it would be and surprise surprise - they’re closed. Absolutely no service from @tescomobile
