@tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

@tescomobile Thanks for responding. I very much hope you will issue my sons refund now and not fob me off like the rest of the customer service team.

@samvj88 @tescomobile It might be because your number is saved like “07xxxxx” in her phone. Try to get her to change it to +44 7xxxxx (international format). If she’s getting a Spanish message it sounds like the network thinks it’s a Mexican number (i.e., a local number) since there’s no +44.

@tescomobile @Pig_Maiden Listen thanks for you help but I have gone over this at least 4 time with you chat people and twice in store Tesco have had there chance. I have had enough of Tesco mobile and going round in circles and the lack of knowledge or any understanding from some customer care team

@tescomobile @Pig_Maiden Before they do ask them to check out the chats I have had it should still be sitting on my file. The issue is just to be clear itwas never explained to me that the sim cards came with parents lock which need to be removed by customer.

@tescomobile How often we read this useless answers.. “ Hi, we're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your service. If you’d like to contact Customer Care on Facebook…..” And at the end of the day the problem still remains…

@tescomobile I am very disappointed that Tesco has decided to go along with the other money grabbing mobile airtime providers. . except O2.. which puzzles me as you use their mobile network... profiteering ?? Anyway, tesco will be losing 6 contracts before the end of the year.
