Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

@tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

@tescomobile I’m going to Spain tomorrow and the last time I went a few months back my phone had no network at all, couldn’t phone or text or use data, any ideas why this would happen?

@tescomobile Hi there, I moved house recently and at my new address my signal is stuck at the lowest level, I cannot make phone calls or receive them without getting disconnected after a a few seconds. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this? Thank you.

@tescomobile @tescomobile 2/2 and that it’s going to be sorted soon but it’s beyond s joke now. For the money I pay for my tariff I should expect a half decent coverage. I was sold the contract as “Use the O2 network and it’s the best coverage”and for a period of time it was. Now not so much.

@tescomobile I did but they said they don’t do loyalty discount anymore which is ridiculous as I’ve been with you for 6 years and you don’t do trade in for old phones either ! Looks like I’ll be looking at another network.
