Joel Ferguson (@Deadandgone70) reported from Newtownards, Northern IrelandGlad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

Leah Gillott (@CreativeCunning) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland@tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

Dave Kendall (@DaveKendallPho1) reported@socoolrobyna @tescomobile happily promoted their mobile service in their Sthelens store but you can’t get 3G in there, let alone 4G
-
lee deeble (@LeeDeeble) reported@tescomobile Your app keeps coming up with unknown error. Is there issues with the app or do I go to and connect with you another network? Lee
-
Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.

Seamás 🇨🇰🇮🇱 (@ExegeekPrime) reported@tescomobile why is there no signal at bt7?

Damian Wawrzyniak 👨🍳 (@ChefConsultant) reported@tescomobile Why should I remove my number from the public if this number was completely destroyed by you? You have switched off number which I have had for over 7 years and today, I was told to cancel contract with Tesco as ‘we don’t know how to fix it’ so best way is to cancel it!
-
Antty (@Antty629802) reported@tescomobile your customer service is appalling. I want to pay my daughters bill. Your agents won't let me because I don't know the passcode on the account. This is silly, I want to pay, you won't let me...
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedRemarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.

Richard Warwicker (@richardw7890) reported@tescomobile hello, do you know how long the signal is down for in the PL14 area. We haven’t had signal all week. Thanks

If I put £10 on by voucher, as you have removed the online top up service. and don't make a phone call or send a text, my credit reduces daily....Why is this? HELP!
