Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

@tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

@tescomobile Just left Tesco after a year of frustration and gone back to O2. Sick of (pistachio) poor customer service and lack of product knowledge. And O2 still have free roaming

@tescomobile So my old sim now has new service but my new sim doesn't have my old number. Is it just the process or should I get in touch with someone?

@feralfox34 @tescomobile If you think a joke around the word piss is the worst thing kids see on their phones these days, you may be living a very sheltered lifestyle.

@EE @MrJPC123 Not really, we don't know what or how much the price will increase by beforehand, if other providers like @tescomobile can fix their prices then you can too. And your prices have never been fair, your the most expensive network compared to all others. So please stop this stuff.

@tescomobile Do you actually have a network of your own? When it comes to deals I’m usually quite savvy and not once has your deals ever ever being better than rivals and to top it off you tie people into expensive lengthy contracts

@tescomobile Not much point in bragging about not increasing your prices when you can't even offer a service to your customers. No network for over a week and you didn't even pre warn us! Thanks Tesco Mobile

@tescomobile I left ages ago because you were never interested in helping when the signal went down. Now with Sky using same O2 network & give free data when signal drops. I get 4 lines with 2gb & 1 with 8gb = £24 per month. And all data roles over. Beat that & I'll come back to you.

@Aierwin1 @tescomobile No problem with them making a profit, but they shouldn’t make out other businesses are bad for doing the same.
