  Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

  @tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

  @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @tescomobile I have paid for two Sim cards which were sent to the wrong address. The third one also has not turned up either. I hope you can help this time. Also I have paid you 20 pounds for the first 2 Sim cards.

  @tescomobile I have just called you to cancel my mum‘s contract, she has late stage dementia, has just suffered a huge stroke meaning she is no longer able to communicate. Your operator told me to log onto the app, which my mum does not have, and she then hung up on me. WTH??

  Thank you @tescomobile customer services for ringing back (twice!) when you said you would. My phone had decided you were a spammer and wouldn’t allow the call until I put the number into my contacts, which took me a few minutes. You timed it perfectly. 👍

  Called @tescomobile to port my number from different network after signing contract, every day I’ve called customer service. Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africa… That’s absolute madness!

  @silveryk @tescomobile 100% - total garbage coverage - planning restrictions on mast heights is the main issue - not an issue anywhere else. Better reception across Kenya a few weeks ago than rural Hampshire.
