@tescomobile No, Tesco Mobile is super unhelpful. I can't top up my MiL's mobile online without having the phone receive a text code - this won't work because A. she lives 200 miles away and B. she gets a crap signal at her house. I don't have this problem with my wife's EE phone ...

@tescomobile So why are you pushing for people in this area to take your miserable service. I was with Tesco mobile at my old address and it worked well, but not here.

@tescomobile Must admit I was impressed with the signal down in E.Devon with Mums phone compared with @EE signal last weekend - much stronger signal 👍🏻

@tescomobile been with you for years, added by granddaughter to my account no problems, tried to add my husband and now you have lost my number - being passed from pillar to post - not good enough

@tescomobile this super helpful network suggest I call @DC_Police to resolve a minor matter for one of their customers. Instead of being super helpful I should report the old lady to plod for causing a nuisance. No right-thinking person thinks that is helpful.

@tescomobile what is the point in having a password to get online but you insist on sending a temporary pin in a text…. Except the text never comes, so I can’t log in to the account.

@tescomobile I get as far as putting in the pin that is sent to me to log in then it times me out. Now it's saying that pay monthly login is unavailable

@tescomobile Oops, humble apologies was looking on the wrong user. My wife is the account holder but i was looking at her account and it seems my phone is the master. We have found what we need now all we have to do is understand the bills but we'll come back if we need more help

@rya89160347 @tescomobile I used to be on EE which was decent coverage, since changing to Tesco it’s garbage in every part of the country I’ve visited (significantly worse than other friends on O2) I suppose you get what you pay for, I won’t be renewing I don’t think…
