    @EilidhCreates @tescomobile I've had no TM service for 10 days (everywhere). Tried different phones etc. I've bought a SIM (which works fine on another network). Have taken a new contract with another provider. TM have offered 'good will' refunds but these don't match amount they're charging for 'service'.

    @tescomobile offering a loyalty discount then withdrawing early is a good way to have your loyal customers changing to a different network!

    @Metalstuffbyme @tescomobile Similar issues here. I live in Hampshire and most over the coverage is recently only 3G even tho it has been 4G previously. I lost connection 3-4 times yesterday in the middle of calls. Service seems poor now I’m well in to my contract. What say you Tesco?

    @tescomobile I really wanted to like your service as came back to you from 5 yrs with Vodafone. but with most days only getting 3G and no sign of getting 5G any time soon on the network and your network not supporting WiFi calling I feel like I got value dressed up as Finest.

    @tescomobile You closed my case after 11 hours? That's a pure demonstration of how bad your service has got man, can't I sleep whole I'm expected to keep paying you for 3 faulty phones, double standards

    @Lll63629830 @tescomobile I have already been to the Ombudsman with them, my whole town is like a black hole and everyone else on Tesco/O2 has the same issue. They keep pawning me off, telling us they'll fix it and just.. don't. So frustrated. My contract isnt up until Jan 2024 😭😭😭

    @tescomobile any chance of someone getting in touch regarding my ongoing problems with connection ? Last contact on DM was 21/10 & I was told someone would be calling me - obviously they can’t call me on the mobile due to the shocking service but no call on my land line yet 😡

    @tescomobile Ironically, the website won't load up. I've had issues for years and it seems like you just don't care.
