    Dear @tescomobile You've made a bit of a mess of porting my Mum's phone number over and have left her with no incoming calls or texts for nearly a week. I'm sure the "back office" is dealing with it but you've offered NO solution and a manager WONT talk to me! Please advise

    Just a warning if anyone wants to change there mobile network do not and I mean do NOT go with @tescomobile they have taken just short of £700 out of my daughters account, also she’s waiting for a refund from them of £39.99 no one is taking responsibility for this

    @tescomobile My point is that if your text takes half an hour to arrive even with a high buffer set the damage is already done.
