On hold with @tescomobile apparently there are so many departments within @tescomobile they can't see my order just been dropped back to the ridiculous automated line by your CS operator & my calls been dropped - cancelling my order for a new phone-you've lost a loyal customer

@tescomobile Stuff that, never going near yous again and my parents and sister are on contracts also getting ripped off. The second our contracts are over we are switching. Your sales team will offer me an extra 100mb for £19 - a month rather than £20 yous are that bad.

@Crypto_Duff @tescomobile Absolutely right! I’m that college and it’s horrendous! To top it off they have the audacity to ask if I want an extra 500MB of data for £2.50! @tescomobile are a rip off and terrible network. The worst of them all.

@tescomobile What I can not understand is, how any single customer of yours can be fooled with this smoke and mirrors pricing structure. The reason you can say no RPI price increase is because you have already factored in future price increases up front. Plan 4 plan with others, u r expensive
