@tescomobile have taken their appalling customer service to new heights today. After no phone service since end of Aug, I finally got a letter offering resolution and asking me to call. I call and after lots of qus was told they can't resolve it over the phone. Never use them.

2/2 I lost work steadily for 6wks so far. Clients can't contact me. @tescomobile r taking payments without providing a service. Got covid for 4 weeks after signup; didn't realise I bought a duff contract & now they won't release me without full contract payment - for no service!

@tescomobile It’s not been evident and happens in ALL areas not just one!! Got to send phone for repair for 10 days and you won’t supply with a replacement during that period so will be disconnected from family! Poor service and customer service. Going to ombudsman to pull all my 3 contracts

@tescomobile Whatever you do please do not take out any contract with Tesco Mobile. Their customer service is absolutely woeful and they do not care about their loyal customers. I have been with Tesco for years but times are a changing. Pitiful excuse for a market leader.

@tescomobile @lo_calheating I wouldn’t bother! Had network issues for 8months, now got to go without a phone for 10 days whilst sent off to see if phone issue (passing the book) worst customer service ever!! #fail #poor
