@tescomobile Upgraded in Feb 2026 with ZERO issues + NatWest Direct Debits paid monthly since July 2023. Yet @TescoMobile blames ME after their IT corrupted my file back to an old Lloyds record?! Blaming customers for internal database rollbacks violates UK GDPR Art 5(1)(d). Embarrassing.

@SBarrettBar @tescomobile The other side of the coin Steven is someone got my PAC number ,they managed to empty my bank accounts, used my Kraken account to convert the money into dollars ,fair play to Lloyds because I reported it immediately I was reimbursed 100% of my money. Identify theft is a problem.

@ClionaQ @tescomobile Also with Tesco mobile and their customer service support is second to none. No hanging on the phone listening to stupid music for twenty minutes.

@tescomobile It checks internet speed !!! Clearly haven't a clue. Your internet speed for any devices connected to Tesco Mobile Network (which is 02), is woeful !

Absolutely staggering from @vodafone I explained I’m a 20+ year customer and highlighted both @tescomobile and @EE mobile are £7-10 a month cheaper, same phone, same plan etc. The response was to say sorry, that’s the price, no deal, you can leave. So now I’m leaving.

@tescomobile why can I not get signal anywhere now with my phone? My partner and parents are also experiencing the same with you. Literally SOS or one bar that then makes you sound like a robot no matter who you ring! What’s the point in paying for a contract when I can’t use it

@BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile Good heavens. That's really bad.I always buy Google as my son used to work for them for 10 years. I got a great deal when I sent my old 5 year old one back, too. EE offered me £20. Google offered me £50, but paid me £86.
