I’ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.

Have tried every way to get assistance (in store & customer service) but are constantly stopped by ridiculous security measures that need a functioning phone. Help!!

Chris (@geordiechris48) reported@tescomobile I have a pay monthly sim and want to temporarily forward my calls to another number, however it seems that I am unable to do that as when I try to do it in my phone settings it’s doesn’t work. Do you not allow diverting to a different number on your network?
