    @tescomobile It is exactly the same situation as it was a fortnight ago. So. Do I stay with a network that is over capacity in the hope that someday it improves and still flinging you £7.50/mo, or look into changing networks.

    @tescomobile Incoming calls are fine. My husband is having the same issues, he is also with Tesco. Don’t know about anyone else

    @tescomobile as a Tesco colleague I'm really applauded at the service I have received so far. I placed an order and then an online agent cancelled it the same day. I've since spoke to several different operators and online chat colleagues and I'm still on the wiser!

    @tescomobile please can someone help! Our monthly sim is in a router rather than a phone! To log into our online account we enter the email and password and then a text is sent to the sim with a code meaning we can then log in! As the sim is in a router we can’t see the text! 1/2

    @tescomobile The price “changes” I’ve just been informed of are massive increases - one was 400% - am I able to cancel my contract before it is due to end? I don’t approve of price gouging.

    @tescomobile what a shambles of a company, appalling customer service. I have 3 contracts with you. Attempt to upgrade daughters phone yesterday. Pay upgrade fee online, said it failed to try again. I do this.. again says failed check bank and £590.50 has gone. Tesco deny!

    @tescomobile Why do you pay someone to sit in store all day when they physically can’t help! They keep saying you need to get in touch with customer care? Why aren’t they customer care. You physically don’t care about your customers
