@tescomobile Am I not the only one that realises this is all a con let's inflate the RRP and then bring it down again with the so called Clubcard saving, also Tesco don't have there own network they rely on O2 as a MVNO

@tescomobile I’m afraid that’s just not good enough Callum - I’ve been paying for a service I’ve not been receiving for over a week and my daughter (whose phone it is) has been left vulnerable with no means of communication as old SIM is faulty. Was told SIM had been sent a week ago.

@tescomobile I have had the worst customer service from tesco this week. Two conflicting statements that cannot both be true. One of your agents has misled at best....or just lied

@tescomobile you said last Saturday you'd send a text within 24 hours about porting my Mum's number across to your network - guess what? It's Friday and still nothing, and I thought @VodafoneUK were bad!

@tescomobile upgraded contract, 14 hours later tesco cancelled it and sold my phone to some one else. Admitted it was their error and that 3 separate people had made errors handling my upgrade…solution “nothing we can do about it just wait and see if it comes back in stock”

@tescomobile @Ofcom there has to be a way of stopping nuisance texts sent from mobiles to landlines. Clearly service providers like @tescomobile are more interested in GDPR than the nuisance caused by their customers
