Jordan Abbott (@jordanabbott93) reported@tescomobile Had shocking service in Folkestone store from Humza whilst attempting to upgrade my phone contract after being a loyal Tesco mobile customer for over 5 years. He did not care about my problems and simply wanted to push responsibility to the online team
-
Martitta (@MShazzzi) reported@tescomobile I didn’t have signal for whole month like the rest of my area due to o2 updates, been promised credits for no services and each time I contact the chat incompetent people ask me where do I experience issue. Sort this out please. Paid £113 for no service, unacceptable
-
Scott Small (@scottjsmall) reported@JohnStable24816 @tescomobile Worst ever provider to deal with when you leave them. British law says transferring mobile numbers should be easy, and done straight away. It took two months for Tesco to release my son’s number. No phone for a teenage, life was hell at the time.
-
Dave (@DjPre) reported@tescomobile is your web system and uncaring customer care line really set up to prevent formal complaints from being raised. Concerns regarding fraud, GDPR and account security being fobbed off with 'fill in an online form', isn't acceptable
-
Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@tescomobile ... To understand... With no other way than a phone call they'll communicate. Then slow, wrong information, trying to charge early termination fees when in cooling off period, reluctance to meet ofcom rules around PACs, just dreadful.
-
chatterbox (@chatkins1) reported@legalstyleblog @tescomobile Hey @tescomobile It’s been 28 since I’ve asked for a SAR - no response at all. Unable to make a complaint, talk to anyone and SARS has been ignored . Next step please before ICO
-
TheMrsButcher (@Teldeb) reported@tescomobile @o2 Your mobile signal is getting worse. Terrible 😞 in Brentwood-appently broken mast for MONTHS, now really noticing it elsewhere. I am losing money as I have to take payments via my mobile connection. Are you going to fix it or do I move on?
-
James Baker (@_JamesBaker92) reported@tescomobile why does 5G with full bars mean **** ALL. Very frustrating when phonecalls are constantly cutting off or not even connecting in the first place.

Dave Kendall (@DaveKendallPho1) reportedAfter 3 yrs with @tescomobile I left due to my BT package inc mobile with landline. Last yr returned to @tescomobile and can’t believe that coverage and signal strength is now less than it was 3 yrs ago. Surely it should be the same or better?
