@tescomobile Am I not the only one that realises this is all a con let's inflate the RRP and then bring it down again with the so called Clubcard saving,also Tesco don't have there own network they rely on O2 as a MVNO

@tescomobile He is now being threatened with the baliffs despite this being recorded on his account and it was supposed to be sorted. I would like to request management details so that he can speak to someone other than fraud and customer services as that hasn’t got him anywhere

@tescomobileire It's alright. I have given up on getting a refund from tescomobile. I don't believe they ever had any intention in giving it. However I will never shop in Tesco again

@tescomobile Hi, currently trying to cancel my account with Tesco Mobile as I've emigrated and no longer use it. I can't seem to login to my Pay as You Go account without access to the number. How else can I cancel? It's only a rocket pack will cancelling my DD work?

@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?
