@tescomobile can you tell me why a phone is £249.99 online in black or white but in store its £289.99? No online exclusive. Terrible attitude from staff in store when you question this, to be abruptly told "Go buy it online then" This was Brighouse store today.

. @tescomobile Is there a reason that to replace a broken phone you sent me I have to call and there's no non-audio function? Disabled people with auditory issues still use phones.

@tescomobile Hey Harry - get your Customer Relations people to phone me. For info your Customer Relations people don't take incoming calls.

@tescomobile @rrosewarne Whereas previously you never increased the contract price even when out of contract, so why the change? Rewarding clubcard customers is nonsense too given you ended the 3x Rewards. Been with you 15+ years, but will be leaving shortly.

@tescomobile please can you tell me how I cancel out of contract ‘Pay Monthly’ accounts? Was looking at a better deal and cheaper deal elsewhere and then got your price rise emails so it became a no brainer. By weekend we’ll be a @lebara household instead of an @tescomobile one.

@tescomobile It has taken me to going on Twitter for any sort of response and even then it is just empty promises. I have an ombudsman complaint ready to go. I think this should be taken more seriously.

@tescomobile after seeing how useless you are with customer service via a third party having issues for weeks, I would never switch to your service and certainly would never recommend you to anyone else, potential customers take heed of my warning.

@tescomobile stopping price freeze as out of contract and applying a 14% increase, whilst removing home from home and clubcard rewards 3x, are you joking? Awful sales strategy and customer service. I’ll be requesting my PAC and leaving shortly.

@LordHuw @tescomobile for an old contract, and is a way obviously to lock them into a new deal with a frozen price contract. Much cheaper than any of the other networks, which actually have stores in which you can go into for help and talk to someone - and giffgaff are only keeping their prices fixed
