    @tescomobile The phone was received via Tesco Mobile when I took out a monthly contract. The device works it's just a few software issues with google that are a problem, and the fact if I send my device for repair I will be without a phone.

    @tescomobile I did but they can’t do it as the time has lapsed but I was told another carrier/network may be able to assist via wireless unlocking?

    @tescomobile It is in Cov, more on the western side, I’m guessing closer to Birmingham. None in the centre or east of Cov that I can see That page, thanks but I can’t find any info on price for 5g service.

    @tescomobile All i wanted was a duplicate sim to fit my previous phone because this small sim does not fit it. I want to revert back to using my old phone. A simple request and Tesco has done all of this to me over Xmas and new year. I'll be going making a formal complaint.

    @tescomobile I have a 6 month old TCL 10 Pro with a sim plan, but the phone has been having software issues for a while. I contacted TCL who advised I send the phone back to them but this would have left me without a phone so I declined for now. Is there anything you can do?
