Day 5 of no phone service thanks to @tescomobile . And now it has resulted in me being locked out of my work computer as I have not been able to receive a new password. @tescomobile You should be thoroughly ashamed. Where is my SIM and my service for which I am paying?

@tescomobile how come when I open the Tesco app on my iPad , another reminder appears on the calendar on my Mac, only for the 29th Dec. though. I found over 30 “Tesco order due” for that date. I have 3 other orders that are not affected. Help!

@tescomobile hello I topped up my phone on the app and it came out of my bank yesterday but it never topped up my phone as it doesn’t come up when I click top up history. The payment on my bank says pending since yesterday is there anyway you can claim this payment?

What a nightmare @tescomobile placed an order last Tuesday, was lost by DPD. Horray finally got to the bottom of it yesterday, replacement sent. Arrived today but no SIM card! Tried to call, systems down. Online chat, replacement SIM now being sent... all in all a real pain!

@tescomobile hi, cannot make a call. Im on pay monthly new handset, i just get “It has not been possible to connect your call”. Cant even dial tesco mob help number.
