@tescomobile Cheers but it's not an issue that can be resolved from home, needs a repair. Took it into Tesco Mobile this afternoon and got sent to a Samsung shop that was closed since Tesco said they couldn't do anything.

@MartinSLewis Hubby & I just received text messages from @tescomobile saying we’re eligible for £5 Anniversary rewards. Being a sceptical pair, hubby checked with their customer service team & yeah it’s genuine

@tescomobile Husband says: I never have phone/data when I need it, so I'll be leaving the family group thing when I get back and finding another provider. Leaving me with no phone in the middle of nowhere and unable to add minutes when I've given them 20 quid in topups is a nightmare.

@tescomobile I used to have an icon in my settings for WiFi calling but have noticed since being with Tesco mobile (only a couple of months) this icon has disappeared I have googled it, it suggests some networks have to be asked about it being available, I live in s poor mobile signal area

@tescomobile I understand that. If they need to speak to customer support, however, that falls rather flat, though, doesn't it?

@tescomobile Oh that's disappointing, I changed to Tesco as I was told locally its a good signal, it is ok but can be hit and miss, I'm afraid I might need to consider changing again. Thank for responding at least I know now

@tescomobile This means that even as the person who set up the account and purchased these contracts I am unable to access my account without the help and availability of my children!
