@tescomobile Atrocious customer service, advisors haven’t a clue giving conflicting information. My tarrif was supposed to change on the 9th, the change hasn’t taken place little help offered and basically told to suck it. Great way to treat a customer of 11 years.

@tescomobile AVOID must be 1 of the worst companys customer service av dealt with when cancelling/ paying off a contract(2 phones on it) whoever she was wasnt happy and i think shes actually locked the phone of an account thats 2 years was up so technically the phone was payed 4

Trying to leave @tescomobile and unlock a phone to a different network should honestly be a Crystal Maze challenge. JUST TELL ME WHERE TO PUT THE PUK CODE YOU COWARDS
