@tescomobile I’ve looked on Ofcom’s site and done a search on coverage in the area - it says the O2 network has problems in our area but EE don’t. I’ve been in to the phone shop in store and they say there’s no problem…..

@tescomobile complete joke! Trying to double charge us for my wife's bill. We rang up with proof from our bank saying you have the money and you still insist we never paid/that you will restrict our service. Just lost two customers who have been with you for years!

@tescomobile It is my step father and he has been onto the fraud team for weeks and customer services but nothing seems to be happening. Two phone contracts were taken out in his name and he is now being penalised for not paying for them even though the relevant teams know.

@tescomobile Your link says there’s no problem - who is right, you or Ofcom? Also, why can we get coverage upstairs and in our downstairs utility room, but no service in our dining or living rooms? It’s ridiculous! Nothing in the house has changed

Love how @tescomobile seem to be punish victims of fraud. @tescomobile who do I need to speak to in order to get help?! He is a victim of fraud and no one is helping resolve it. He is now being threatened with bailiffs on accounts he did not open yet still required to pay for!!!
