@tescomobile in Bournemouth town centre and signal so poor unable to get internet! Can’t get cricket scores! Have had to pinch someone’s WiFi to send this message! Why is signal so bad!

@tescomobile Avoid this sham of a company The customer service is absolutely useless. Anyone who joins this mobile network will regret it without a doubt, I cannot wait for my contract to come to an end. Sick of paying for a service that does not exist.

@tescomobile @Tesco Yes, but never received the confirmation email. So he went on Tesco live chat, the assistant closed the account & arranged pick up for return. The prob he’s now having is that he can’t do a factory reset cos the verification code is getting sent to the number he can’t access!
