Richard Warwicker (@richardw7890) reported@tescomobile hello, do you know how long the signal is down for in the PL14 area. We haven’t had signal all week. Thanks
-
L (@_upsides) reportedThere’s never been a worse network than @tescomobile, why can I never get a signal in my hometown but other people can?
-
Sian (@SianElin_PT73) reported@tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable
-
Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.

James Baker (@_JamesBaker92) reported@tescomobile How do you go about leaving for a different provider? I know it's not your fault personally (whoever responds to this) but the lack of signal and amount of times calls cut out is beyond a joke.
-
James Baker (@_JamesBaker92) reported@tescomobile why does 5G with full bars mean **** ALL. Very frustrating when phonecalls are constantly cutting off or not even connecting in the first place.
-
Ali. Me (@AlisonWagstaff3) reported@tescomobile on Wednesday I called your customer service as very rare for me, I had a message saying my data had almost gone. I had added, through your app, a £3.00 500mb bundle. Still no data, I rang CS told me it hadn't worked gave me £3 plus the £5 buffer back.

Shaun Reviewer (@ReviewShau42660) reported@tescomobile Thanks for getting back to me. BH4 8AY area still ZERO - 1 bar signal at best. Buying a tesco mobile for Bournemouth area? Think again.
-
Paul Varney (@silveryk) reportedEvery time I come home from travelling abroad I am immensely frustrated by how crap our phone network coverage is. What would be classed as "developing countries" have far better infrastructure than the UK. Quite honestly its a disgrace @tescomobile

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedRemarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.
