@tescomobile Hi it’s not postcode dependent, I’ve been in SW1W, RH10, WF16, Leeds, and HD7 and had the exact same lack of connectivity in all of them, I even upgraded my phone and hoped that would fix it but it didn’t

8am and having to sit in a random hotel lobby coz @tescomobile won’t work abroad and I need to use my phone. Please don’t change to this network, been with them a week and it’s hell. Zero clue what I can do the rest of my holiday.

Hey @tescomobile my 67 year old mother went into your store in Ashford to buy a new phone with a sim contract. She isn't very technically minded. She asked the salesman to help her set it up & use the phone. He responded by saying "He was too busy & you don't do that." 😥
