@tescomobile Is there a problem with your PAYG tip-up via phone/card service: I have been trying to top up for a sheltering vulnerable person for 2 days now! Always reporting a ‘problem with the service’!

Best thing I ever done was bin @tescomobile off. The whole network is a sham, using O2 masts. Have had issues for years and nothing seems to improve just get worse. Changed to @EE today and literally had 5G everywhere I go where normally I couldn’t read an email before.

@tescomobile I thought this had been sorted but how sad am I. We were sent a replacement sim for a phone number that didn't have a problem with.

@tescomobile Would rather stick pins in my eyes than have to deal with your passive aggressive customer support again tbh.

Getting so frustrated with “customer service’ departments in large firms these days. They all know we have less choice about where we take our business so double down on concerns and complaints Had issues with @TheAA_UK @tescomobile and don’t even get me started on @sky

@tescomobile This happens daily, there are no known issues in my area, for months now I struggle to get a signal with 5G/4G even 3G doesn’t work. It’s ridiculous.

@tescomobile what do you do when the son of 80 year old man phones you to question why his phone has had no signal for 4 days? You insist on sending a 4 digit security No. to a phone that is unable to receive messages. Then terminate the call! You are a disgrace @ee @VodafoneUK
