@tescomobile How do you go about leaving for a different provider? I know it's not your fault personally (whoever responds to this) but the lack of signal and amount of times calls cut out is beyond a joke.

@fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth This is becoming a pattern of being ignored, despite my repeated attempts to resolve both my complaint and my Subject Access Request. Customers shouldn’t have to keep chasing for responses. Could someone please take ownership of this and provide the response I was promised?

After 3 yrs with @tescomobile I left due to my BT package inc mobile with landline. Last yr returned to @tescomobile and can’t believe that coverage and signal strength is now less than it was 3 yrs ago. Surely it should be the same or better?

@SBarrettBar @tescomobile Interesting, our fibre was down recently (Virgin Media, avoid like the plague) and our Tesco Mobile data coverage was absolutely terrible. If it haven’t been for my neighbour giving me access to his network, I would have been screwed. And we were down for a bloody week 🤬💩

@SBarrettBar @tescomobile I think it bpils down to, what are you going to do about it... and in most cases nothing at all which is why yhey don't czre if they are engaging in unlawful conduct. Welcome to our brave new world...

@SBarrettBar @tescomobile I had a similar problem with Three. Sent a message to the text number and replied wanting my date of birth, which I had never given them. After days of hassle, someone rang from head office "just put any date in as we don't have yours on file"! Never as simple as they claim.

@tescomobile Hi I'm really hoping you can help me, I heard a radio ad the other week (around the 3rd of August) that was about the usage and meaning of the slang term "NPC," i was wondering if this ad, and the series of them, were available anywhere to listen to? thanks!

@biggle1908 @SBarrettBar @tescomobile Indian “customer service” centres in the case of Virgin Media, utter and complete shambles.

  • GloBAAL_Failure

@SBarrettBar @tescomobile Internet service providers go one step further and force you into parting with one final payment as punishment for leaving and god forbid you refuse to pay them
