@tescomobile I see the manager call back to deal with my complaint that apparently took 5 working days (embarrassing really) it's now been 10 working days and still no contact. Glad my contract is up...I'm shifting over to @giffgaff or @ThreeUK

  • Ashleigh1Jo jo (@Ashleigh1Jo) reported

@tescomobile my daughter is in Turkey with her 3 young children. She’s in hospital with them because the 8 year old had had an accident. She can not ring out to anyone. Please help

  • finlay_mclellan Finlay McLellan 💙 (@finlay_mclellan) reported

@ttb1965 @tescomobile Did your alert eventually come through? It's weird that the only person to get the alert in this house was my son's girlfriend who is on a different network provider.

@Go_SYH_In_A_Pig @ThreeUK @tescomobile Our Tescomobile went off 8 mins late. Android was spot on. The Tesco mobile network is of concern. You could be left behind!

  • the_mackay calum mackay (@the_mackay) reported

@tescomobile you just missold my elderly mum a 24 month contract with 0.5gb data and a junk phone she didn’t need. Now she doesn’t have enough data to contact anyone with and your customer service ignored her. Pathetic.

  • kayineson kay (@kayineson) reported

@TGE_LDNM Oh dear , I am with @tescomobile it’s cheap and I get club card points too! I moved over from Vodafone too. Hope you find a new network

  • 2020Me5 Marie (@2020Me5) reported

@tescomobile paid off my full contract last week and set up a new phone etc but still paying the monthly bill for the old contract although it’s cleared in full. Please help me

  • l_fos1965 LeBuFos (@l_fos1965) reported

@tescomobile currently engaged in online chat with an advisor who is trying to tell me that there are no Clubcard points due to me, despite my having the screenshots I took when I selected my sim deal with £40/4000 points…what kind of customer service is this???

  • the_mackay calum mackay (@the_mackay) reported

@tescomobile Over the phone, and she only realised the problem a month later when she hit her data limit. She was previously on 2gb. Now 500mb a month. You lied to her and told her it was the same. Then lied and told her to have a 24month contract rather than a rolling monthly one.

  • BKDilse BK (@BKDilse) reported

@nickchigjones @tescomobile Yes, this got resolved by the network team. I believe it was due to a new parental control system.
