    @tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

    @tescomobile Thanks. Even though I had to ask for £10 on the phone top up line. Customer care did alter my package from £10 to a £5 bundle, so I appreciate that! I just wasn't able to change it myself due to the system being down yesterday.

    @tescomobile No problem reported on that website but I am still unable to open the Tesco mobile app. I can't DM you because Twitter needs to send a confirmation code to my number and I am not able to receive SMS texts.

    @tescomobile Hi I am sick and tired waiting to speak to someone. Also your online complaint form is rubbish. You will not let me upgrade and the 3 reasons given are bogus

    @tescomobile Tesco fast becoming a members only supermarket. I don’t care for loyalty cards and I see no reason for Tesco to block out non card members to any offers. Coercion is never good.

    @tescomobile I just have one bit of advice; use the same network in mainland UK as you do in N.Ireland. O2 suck hard and will only get worse in 5 years time.

    @tescomobile I haven't tried putting it back, had the new phone 2 days and I am not happy! Was working perfectly, hardly getting any signal have to use wi-fi.
