@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

@tescomobile I understand that. I have never not understood that. What I don't understand is why the instructions I recieved so many times over, which were intended to allow my husband to access help when he needed it, were consistently wrong.

@tescomobile What network does Tesco use in the USA? I need a new phone for my UK number and need to make sure it'll work with whichever network

  • ThatsASecretLOL Mark Baker (@ThatsASecretLOL) reported

@tescomobile You use the O2 network so why have you not started allowing your customers to utilise WIFI calling? This is not a new technology and its very disappointing that you do not offer this yet. Please consider this as the mobile signal I have at home is rubbish 2/3

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile I'm running out of time here, and have wasted hours of the day. Why are we not able to get help when we have medically vulnerable people and need the phone?

  • blakey73 Steven Blake (@blakey73) reported

@tescomobile hi there I have a friend that can’t access 18+ and has no credit card. How can he change settings ? We have called but only automated answers. Help please

  • caroljones24 ✨ Carol Jones ✨ (@caroljones24) reported

@tescomobile signal dropped out all morning for LL30 area, is there a problem locally?

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile your customer services sucks. My husband has a problem which you refuse to sort because he is not the account holder, I am. I am also over 3 hours away, and asking me re a phone I don't have is pointless. We've been at this over 3 hours now. Probably leaving Tesco.

  • Bex52296 Becca W (@Bex52296) reported

@tescomobile hi is there a problem with your signal because i keep trying to make an important phone call and it gets cut off! I apparently only have 1 bar on my phone signal but wifi and 4g working fine....?

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile I understand that. If they need to speak to customer support, however, that falls rather flat, though, doesn't it?

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile Husband says: I never have phone/data when I need it, so I'll be leaving the family group thing when I get back and finding another provider. Leaving me with no phone in the middle of nowhere and unable to add minutes when I've given them 20 quid in topups is a nightmare.
