@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

@tescomobile So, I am confused! I didn't know Tesco Mobile was its own network! Are you really your own network? You are not Telefonica, Vodafone, Three or EE/BT? Where are your mobile phone masts?

  • jmacauley1 MrMac (@jmacauley1) reported

@Gizmo191 @O2 @tescomobile Absolutely zero interest in assisting. Found o2 so rude

  • louhcook Louise Cook (@louhcook) reported

@tescomobile You should be apologising to us. You’ve messed up and caused us to loose our phone number transferred from other supplier. Absolutely appalling service!

  • ToGreeks Greek to the Greeks (@ToGreeks) reported

@tescomobile Tesco Mobile would be a lot more attractive if it allowed Wifi Calling. For those in poor signal areas it's a key factor in which mobile provider to select.

  • IamMrDJK Kaine Innes (MrDJK) (@IamMrDJK) reported

@tescomobile Cant comment on Tesco’s mobile service, but I always assumed RPI increases were an acceptable thing, been with @O2 for 15+ years now after moving from Orange never looked back, and no real price increases other than RPI but this is mentioned from the offset so to me acceptable.

  • DanCollinsDFG Dan Collins (@DanCollinsDFG) reported

@jmacauley1 @tescomobile and the good news is that your signal won’t be any different as Tesco piggyback on O2’s network

  • danny251 Handydan (@danny251) reported

@jmacauley1 @O2 @tescomobile Yep o2 got binned a few year back as I got better service from Tesco.

  • danhowelluk Dan Howell (@danhowelluk) reported

@tescomobile @EE are total **** bags for this. Constantly nudging up prices.

  • LapovOnor Tony Cannon (@LapovOnor) reported

@tescomobile Callum, I would suggest you read the thread and try again. Also, given many other organisations can quote for a repair even through Google I am sure you can quote. Or are you trying to avoid writing down the rather excessive figure we have already been given?

  • CudeDesign Cude Design (@CudeDesign) reported

@tescomobile absolutely useless! Cant upgrade my phone due to an error with the system. CC couldnt fix and happy for me to cancel the contract. Arent you guys supposed to keep customers and make money?
