@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

@zzpstagrt1197 @tescomobile Yeah mate it’s been 4 months & still being charged normal price they are a joke doesn’t matter in out of it end of this month & have already taken out a contract with EE I get full 4g & full signal in my workplace & house both places I couldnt receive a simple phone signal before

@tescomobile So what has caused the problem then? Nat West say it is you, you are saying it isn't. . . I haven't cancelled anything, there is plenty of money in the account to pay, my payment details are the same. I will obviously pay but I don't want this to happen again.
