@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

@tescomobile you are now charging 55p for every emoji used in a text. How to rip people off. Thinking of changing network. Shame on you

Mum had a mobile phone under Dad’s account (part of a family package). @tescomobile promised to send out a PAYG SIM card for Mum to use whilst arranging her own monthly payment account. @tescomobile assured me there would be no interruption to Mum’s service …..

@wayne386 @freemanatorf1 @tescomobile I’d say the same. I was with Tesco mobile for quite a few years but kept losing the 3G/4G when on my Google maps. Sadly left them and went to EE, much better signal

@Whoamiftr @tescomobile Oh dear, poor mom Kelly, like you don't have enough to deal with lately. This shift to all things tech is proving to be fraught with issues. How much simpler life was before this avalanche of craziness was rolled out on top of us.

@tescomobile I mean, I have been blocked from my voicemail account because I forgot my pin. I have had no signal in over a week so cannot call anyone from my mobile.

@tescomobile I have just had an absolutely awful experience with a customer service representative, and now I am not being allowed on the online chat. I recorded the entire conversation and have a copy of the transcript. Should I post on here?
