@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

@tescomobile “Manage” my account? What exactly does that mean? Are you suggesting I cancel my annual sub and get a refund to claim the 3 month “thank you”? That is essentially what you say with the monthly, which seems very dodgy.
