    @tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

    @tescomobile Hi Liz,I tried to contact the link you had sent me but I can't find any care agent there.Yes there has to be plenty of chats I had done with your online chat staff and I was always firmly assured that the SIM card will be activated.I did a complaint but no response from Tesco Mob

    @tescomobile I have a phone locked to your network, trying to unlock it. I requested codes but none work, and I can't get through on the phone since I don't have a Tesco mobile number. Please advise.

    @tescomobile I have been told to go back to store to do that. Often there are no staff there on the phone stand and to take out the phones, due to WiFi and connection issues at the store, it took hours. Why can’t I just cancel now?!? I feel conned.
