I changed my mind on a phone that I bought in store in November and they did everything in store, so why am I being charged? Customer service didn't help at all over the phone! 🙄

I travel thousands of miles to the tiny Greek island of Skiathos and receive 5G and 5G. Can someone explain why that is. Got the money back, but agent seamed unable to actually raise the issue internally. Currently can only call my 80yr old mother at 55p minute. @tescomobile fix the bug!!
