@tescomobile I have had mobile phone since 2014 and Clubcard points have been going nowhere. I spoke to Clubcard AND Tesco Mobile yesterday and was told this would be sorted within 24 hours. 24 hours later, nothing. So I call to find out that NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. PLEASE FIX!

Hi, @tescomobile Could you give me my clubcard points for paying my bill? Since apparently the issue was at your end

  • NurseJennym jenny martin (@NurseJennym) reported

@tescomobile can you contact me, the website does not answer where my order is and the online chat is not working

  • shanners1980 shane schofield (@shanners1980) reported

@tescomobile hi are Tesco mobile down as my phone is showing no service

  • _sopphh96_ soph (@_sopphh96_) reported

@tescomobile It’s been not working for ages!

  • conskinator mr null (@conskinator) reported

@tescomobile Yes. I wanted to speak to customer service via the webchat. But I can't. TescoMovile used to have the best customer service (& i tweeted that a few years back). But now.. as lazy & bad as the rest. I can't use webchat to resolve my issue because it doesn't work.. Fail TM.

  • conskinator mr null (@conskinator) reported

@tescomobile No it's not down to those things. I have tried across multiple browsers, computers in different locations. I have had my colleagues working remotely testing it.. and it's not working for any of us. Can YOU post a screenshot of it working for you???

  • dazzy_j Darren Jones (@dazzy_j) reported

@tescomobile really pleased with your mobile service … don’t suppose you have any plans to branch into home broadband … my current supplier is dreadful!

  • SteveAttw00d Steve Attwood (@SteveAttw00d) reported from Ampthill, England

@O2 @tescomobile your claim to cover 4G for 99% UK population isn't my experience. I don't think you can back it up. Often I switch to 2G just to get a phone signal that works.

  • JonnyBWoode JonnyBWoode (@JonnyBWoode) reported

@tescomobile I’ve had a reply via email now. For future reference, when a customer says they’re not happy and are looking to make a complaint, putting “actual” or “actually” when replying comes across really condescending.
