    @tescomobile Where I work if there’s a complaint first th8ng we do is acknowledge receipt and get back to them . I have zero confidence anything is being done as shown from previous calls . Why has it taken from 18th of Dece to rectify something a **** up made by tesco!

    @tescomobile could someone please give me an update on problem with my number , or have I got to get the crystal ball out or assume nothing has been done. So far had deadly silence from yourselves, still waiting any kind of response!!!!

    @tescomobile Yes! Tesco advised me they booked it for today on 20th December.... but no collection today as promised as tesco only booked it yesterday (10days later) very poor service, no explanation or anything. And still no DM reply

    @tescomobile See after a while tescos response to a problem is to IGNORE it and hope it goes away. How difficult is it to DM me a message with a email address which I can use to register a complaint and NOT your web email

    @Lindsay_Brunt @tescomobile Standard response from Tesco I waited 20 mins to be transferred to manager only to be cut off. As for DM messages , they just vanish when they can’t answer@ your question . tesco Mobile have no customer service

    @tescomobile Does anyone else have customer service issues with Tesco Mobile? I’ve been trying to sort an issue out since 29 October but keep being told to wait 24 hrs. Their 4455 service is so unreliable with so many false promises. I hope that little bit helps you all.

    @tescomobile @Suzywoo16 Nobody expects poor customer service but unfortunately Tesco Mobile are probably one of the worst. Been waiting since 29October and nothing resolved. Despite promises. Always got to check back in 24 hrs🤪🤪🤪🥸🤪

    for god's sake don't sign up with @tescomobile If the signal map tells you it's fine in your area DON'T TRUST IT, get someone that already has tesco mobile to try their phone at your home; you might be surprised! After I signed up I've barely been able to call anyone from home.
