@Samsung @SamsungMobile WTF is going on with pre order process. @tescomobile are having issues placing order for S20 Ultra. Been a user for a long time and willing to make a substantial inv. in your product and now cant make the order as you are out of stock 🤯😠 #appleanoption

@tescomobile hi tesco I was one of the people affected with no phone calls, send/receive. I done a factory reset to see if that would help it didn't, but about 20 minutes ago, I was able to make/receive calls. Now, I have reinstalled all my apps/passwords😡😡😡🤬🤬

@tescomobile Thank you but doesn’t really answer my question and it’s quite concerning being at work, knowing you phone is not working and elderly relatives might need your assistance and in distress and why is it some phones are working and some aren’t, even on the same mast?

@tescomobile @tottsspurs Lies nearly 30 hours later and mine still says no sim..... on online chat now with an agent saying its not fixed..... so frustrated my IPhone 14+ says no sim and please do not insult me with try this and try that fix it!
