@tescomobile hi, transfered over from o2 to tesco yesterday. O2 sim is no longer working but tesco one isn't yet. Says no network set. Any idea how long it takes. This was done in store over 24hrs ago

@tescomobile I am an existing Tesco customer and have just upgraded my sim only contract. I just wanted to check if existing customers will be losing the home to home benefits from 2023 or is it just new users or those who have upgraded. Just wondering whether to cancel. Thanks

@tescomobile Hi. New Tesco sim, new phone. Don't understand how to make it work. It's like a maze with dead ends every route I take. I put the no contract sim in the phone, but to sign in it says put the number in which was rejected.

@tescomobile i got a pay monthly contract with you for my business everytime i try to sign in it says wrong password then when i try to reset the password it keeps coming up "were having technical difficulties" been like it the last 3 months whats wrong with the website?
