    @tescomobile I have done it a few times before. Got no help. Wanted me to fill in some forms. Same idiotic response with cust svs on phone.. No help at all. My credit is evaporating with no explanation. Looking for another provider now.

    @tescomobile your delivery service is a joke. Apparently I have missed my delivery but having been in all day why didn't the door go? My phone has been broken for weeks and you haven't replaced it. Angry is not the word

    @tescomobile I've been waiting unanswered in Tesco Mobile customer services queue for 52 minutes to just top up my mobile ! I am now looking at other mobile network providers as this level of service is unacceptable.
