    @tescomobile i have recd a text fro. Tesco telling me my mobile number has changed. Ive never asked from my number to changed. I now have no voice access so i cant phone tesco mobile customer care. What the hell is going on?

    @tescomobile tesco have sent me a text saying my number has changed. Ive never asked for a new number. Now my phone can not dial out. How do i contact customer services.

    @tescomobile my mum lives alone, 75yo, and voice calls dropping out since 25/12. Changed phone but still an issue. She can't ring as won't hear you. Fault in N7 area? Pls help

    @tescomobile Latest display of tesco incompetence. Recd a text saying Tesco Mobile: We have started your FOC number change as you requested. Your New number will be 0784395xxxxx. Turn your phone off and back on to reconnect Never asked for a new number. Called Cs. Ive got to wait 24hrs

    @tescomobile It was on a telephone call for my husband. He had a passport but was told he had to have a driving licence too, which he doesn't. Thankfully your online chat (Mohan and Ankit) were able to help us.

    @tescomobile I am trying to contact you as I want to terminate my contract. One phone has been lost, the other isn't being used. I have been paying for them for months but cannot get through. The phone keeps getting cut off.
