@clairefweir @tescomobile It is unacceptable that you are not getting you tech team to retrieve my husband's business now. Five working days - likely more (!) - is not acceptable. Issue was raised on 12th January - and not 6th February.

@tescomobile None of us can go out due to having our phones cut off because we can't keep in touch with dad and he can't keep in touch with us. Cutting people's phone off and causing endless problems is not good enough when the bill was paid at the weekend.

@clairefweir @tescomobile Is it acceptable for a customer to be on the phone every day for weeks to TM to report an issue emanating from TM mistake to be told TM are unable/can't prioritise the issue. TM repeatedly confirmed no. would save to SIM during device exchange. /2

@tescomobile I sent you a complaint weeks ago about my father's phone account. You said you would send a refund. But of course I received nothing. This is the third time I've had to contact you about this. Reference is [ ref:_00D1tvTl1._5007SH2rS9:ref ]

@tescomobile Customer Service has been appalling. ‘Harry’ agrees I should take my number to another provider ! That’s what you get for being a long term customer, left for 3 and half weeks with no service and no explanation apart from ‘technical issues’.
