    @tescomobile We tried calling 4488 but it kept redirecting to an automated message about using the app and then ending the call. So im not really sure how I was meant to help him

    @tescomobile hello, I’ve stuck my new sim in my new phone (sim only colleague super deal) & the sim shows no service. It still shows no service when I put it in my old phone that’s on the same Tesco super colleague deal.

    @tescomobile what is happening with your network? Awful coverage, poor signal, cannot have a conversation with anyone or get online. It’s like trying to use dial up on an iPhone. 💩

    @tescomobile Probably not one for you as it's mast related but my mother in law has been unable to make or receive calls when at home ever since 3G was turned off. O2 coverage checker indicates a problem with nearby mast, is this ever going to be fixed?

    @tescomobile shocking service from this provider following a recent family bereavement. It’s nearly a week since the issue was raised with them and still no resolution (despite calling them 5 times). If you want good customer care then I would look elsewhere

    @tescomobile I have a pay monthly sim and want to temporarily forward my calls to another number, however it seems that I am unable to do that as when I try to do it in my phone settings it’s doesn’t work. Do you not allow diverting to a different number on your network?

    @picklemonsterG @tescomobile Worst customer service I’ve ever received, I was due a call back after 24hrs, then 48hours, then within 3 days, then 5 days, then within 10 days.. still nothing. Excuse after excuse.. sky mobile much cheaper

    @tescomobile been in your store 3 times to sort and contacted call centre and chat for the past 4 days, still nothing just told it’s being looked into. This is a truly awful service and nobody seems to know what’s going on. It’s never been this difficult with other providers!
