@tescomobile why is your phone signal so ****? In a major city… 5G which doesn’t work, ****. In a rural town… 4G which doesn’t work, ****. Any idea why your charging for a service which doesn’t work?

@nickjenner101 @tescomobile The other networks have always increased prices mid-contract whereas Tesco Mobile have never done that. Most of their customers can still avoid price increases if they want, but I doubt you’ll ever see a £4.50 sim deal now tbh - hard to make any money out of it at that price

@tescomobile Been like this for months. You postcode checker is pointless. Minimal signal in the town centre. Patchy elsewhere. It’s got worse through east Lancashire in general. It didn’t used to be as bad.

@tescomobile Ok Chris I asked because when I called customer service I was told I would not continue to have home from home if I remain in contract?

@GCsurv @O2 @tescomobile It’s worst if you have an iPhone too! Areas in town where you sound like a robot or under water…never experienced it with my Galaxy. Apparently too much data traffic…more users on network, no additional masts, no investment.

@tescomobile will you support Apple Watch in the future?

@LordHuw @tescomobile for an old contract, and is a way obviously to lock them into a new deal with a frozen price contract. Much cheaper than any of the other networks, which actually have stores in which you can go into for help and talk to someone - and giffgaff are only keeping their prices fixed

@tescomobile That is not what I was told yesterday when I called customer service. I was told that my home from home would end in April and in my email from you there is no mention of home from home in my contract if I leave it as it is ???
