Damian Wawrzyniak 👨🍳 (@ChefConsultant) reported@tescomobile I’ve been left completely without service since late May after trying to port my business number (07483354922) from Lebara. Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement. Please get an advanced tech team to look at this deadlock and DM me immediately to resolve this. #CustomerService #TescoMobile

ImMrMac (@InMrMac) reportedAnd yet again @tescomobile stiffs me. Offer a bundle you can’t use or renew to and all they can say is ‘we will work on the issue’ but sorry not sorry you can’t use this offer Surely this is false advertising and borderline scamming customers

Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@tescomobile ... To understand... With no other way than a phone call they'll communicate. Then slow, wrong information, trying to charge early termination fees when in cooling off period, reluctance to meet ofcom rules around PACs, just dreadful.
