    @tescomobile Both Iv just looked on the checker it says it’s fine but it ain’t as Tesco’s runs on o2 and o2 is down massivly surely Tesco’s would know this information right ? any idea how long this will be cause it’s been 2 days now

    @tescomobile It's a bit late for that! I'm not frustrated, I'm furious! And that takes some doing for me ! Train your staff better, or in this case , the poor bugger was on his own with a big queue!

    Disappointed to have my complaint rejected by @OmbudServices as apparently I haven't tried hard enough to contact @tescomobile... hard when they won't even answer my letters. Another four weeks wasted there...👏👏👏

    @tescomobile astounding that i pay them for nearly four years and they let me down so badly #asurion are a terrible company and this reflects badly on the tesco brand.

    @tescomobile Hi Callum, my mum spoke to customer care 'Alex' today and was told she will hear back within 3-5 working days. Just confused as the letter doesn't have any specific account details, and references a real tesco mobile number to ring... so not sure where the scam element would be.

    @tescomobile The Tesco complaint policy didn't say "chase us endlessly until we respond", it just said escalate to @OmbudServices after 8 weeks, which I did. Sadly, they feel I need to chase more, so I have today...

    @klambechops @tescomobile I've had issues too. My account looks to have been hacked by somebody else. I now cant access my account. Trying to explain it to Tesco mobile is useless. I want to have another contract. I'm about to change to Virgin. I've had enough.
