@tescomobile the worst customer service possible. Been charged an additional £150 to my bill back in march for data bundle that was removed. Now stuck without being able to use my phone for couple of months. I phone them to get it sorted and they basically tell me to call back.

@tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews Sean tried to use in store was told I can’t use them something to do with if I want a refund, a long term tesco mobile customer very very happy with my accounts, I have 2 phones on your network, I’m not gonna want a refund so disappointed Thank You just want upgrade my phone

@tescomobile Spent most of yesterday trying to get a new contract with you guys. Both over the phone and instore and as soon as we’d put all of the info in it said there had been a problem. 4 attempts all together and not one of the worked.
