  @tescomobile @o2 Your mobile signal is getting worse. Terrible 😞 in Brentwood-appently broken mast for MONTHS, now really noticing it elsewhere. I am losing money as I have to take payments via my mobile connection. Are you going to fix it or do I move on?

  @tescomobile I’ve started a contract with you 2 weeks ago.. I ported my old number to you using my pac code. Since then I can’t make calls or text or use data off of WiFi.. and any contact I have with customer service I’m getting fobbed off. Can you fix this

  Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman

  @tescomobile Ordered new sim as mine was faulty. Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. There’s no post til Monday now. Surely this can’t be right?

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @tescomobile hello, just spoken to customer services as to why a PAC code submitted last Thursday hadn't been actioned. I'm told that codes sent to 65075 aren't actioned because of an issue with your system. Is this true?
