  @tescomobile We are going to add it to my husbands account. We hadn’t realised you could do that. Only issue is he hadn’t updated his address. How many days will we have to wait to order it to correct address?

  @tescomobile Why do I have to pay£ 2.69 to put £20 credit on my 89-year-old deaf mother's phone via Monisnap? I used to be able to sign in temp as a guest - that is shocking. She is so reliant on texting some of her friends!! (not all can us whatsapp) @TheFerretITV

  @tescomobile No I have never seen 5g on my phone. There should be 5g around Bond Street station but it never appeared. Phone companies convinced people to upgrade their phones but it looks like a bit of a con. After two years there is little to no 5g service in the UK. Pointless.

  @tescomobile Sorry was busy unpacking! Yes never had a problem before was in Spain in October. It can’t find any service. My husband on the same account is fine and his phone found the Wiendtre network.

  @tescomobile hi I’ve arrived in Italy and have no service. Have the correct APN entered and have powered down the phone a few times but still no service. In a wifi area to tweet you. Can you help please?

  @tescomobile absolutely shocking customer service. Use another provider if you can. Been given reconditioned phone instead of new. Now won’t help with the problem mobile

  @tescomobile the app is saying I don't have a rocket pack (when I do and am in credit). I've restarted my phone and reinstalled the app to no avail. I can't make calls, text and have no data! Help
