@tescomobile No it’s not, it’s so bad it can’t even connect to the server. EE, and virgin are good. It’s an 02 issue. I’m in a 2 year contract with a network not fit for purpose

  • nicholala85 Nichola (@nicholala85) reported

@tescomobile 15 months left of my contract and a system update has forced my phone into a boot loop, cannot access safe or recovery mode. Please help! I need my phone!

  • dirtylilmonkey Geoff Racle (@dirtylilmonkey) reported

@clairefweir Just spent an hour talking to one of your overseas "Care" team, sadly she will not earn even a miniscule portion of your salary, but she tried her very best to help me. She didn't ignore me, as you have! TescoMobile require "leadership by example", not ignorance.

  • mev202 I'll take you to the 7 seas of Rhye. (@mev202) reported

@tescomobile No, the signal used to work in my house. Then the local mast broke, so no it's not the usual level. You are not providing as advertised the service I have a right to expect

  • MichellAllgood Michelle (@MichellAllgood) reported

@Ofcom Is it you who I would need to raise a complaint against @tescomobile? I took out a new contract on 24th November & they still have not transferred my existing number. Pac code was given on 25th November. Totally unacceptable! @MartinSLewis can you advise please?

  • RishiSack SackRishi (@RishiSack) reported

@tescomobile your service sucks. been waiting almost a week for you to port my number. every day im told 24 hours it will be done. the customner service cut me off, lie to me and dont fix the problem. so not only do i not have my old mobile number the new tesco one doesnt let me make calls.

  • wleer72 wayne:of the rigden family (@wleer72) reported

@tescomobile can you please explain to me. I work in tonbridge Kent and by 7.35 am every day I lose signal to the point even Google won’t load. I get no improvement until I leave tonbridge and go home

  • vannerbird ☀Ange☀️ (@vannerbird) reported

@tescomobile @O2 keep promising a fix, but the fix doesn't happen. I know Tesco rely on O2 masts, as a couple of other networks do, and it's not helping these networks when the mast owner (O2) won't get the mast fixed. It's affecting a variety of networks in my area sadly.

  • nicholala85 Nichola (@nicholala85) reported

@tescomobile Cosmetic damage voids warranty? Not been dropped, not got wet. Breaks from a system update and I'm expected to pay for it to be repaired all whilst still paying my bill to you with no working phone???? Considering it's a system fault the repair falls to you to fix.

  • likeateacup Stephanie Joan (of arc?) (@likeateacup) reported

@tescomobile Hi it’s not postcode dependent, I’ve been in SW1W, RH10, WF16, Leeds, and HD7 and had the exact same lack of connectivity in all of them, I even upgraded my phone and hoped that would fix it but it didn’t
