@tescomobile Hello, I have still not been able to send or receive calls fro home. I went out of village to make a call snd received voicemail to say engineer was closing case due poor coverage area. Have had signal for 10 years. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@tescomobile Hello Jade, I did leave a tweet several days ago and also been in touch with you and O2 by email. O2 keep saying problems are solved but they are not. Have now received message from them to say “should” be fixed by 21st Feb. Post Code OX33 1TR

@tescomobile customer Service!!!Having been promised a call back from a manager in 24 hours which then was extended to 48 hours and I’m still waiting .. how do I get to speak to a manager who can sort out my issue as the customer service agent wasn’t able to. Feeling let down !

@tescomobile The multi supermarkets are steadily stealing our money. They were not hit by the pandemic. As shown in many cases where massive queues as people were panic buying. At one time the prices rose by a few pence. Now it is in increments of 25p/50p. Be ashamed you robbers of the poor.
