@tescomobile hi, if I have issues with an iPhone 6s, still under warranty, do I contact you or Apple to sort it out?

@tescomobile Wow great customer service when i have to ring 12 times to get my phone sorted out since sunday. Says alot doesnt it 😡😡 never ever go to tesco mobile after this much hassle

  • JenG1210 𝙹𝚎𝚗 (@JenG1210) reported

@tescomobile Jade, do you know what an mno or mvno are? You don't operate your own network infrastructure, you use O2 as your network carrier, therefore are not a real network operator. You also therefore have wholesale costs for using o2, but they have the maintenance costs of that network

@tescomobile hi, I paid an early upgrade fee by card to upgrade a phone on my account but I have been invoiced for this month and the the upgrade fee has been added on to the bill. Can someone help me with this please

  • blakey73 Steven Blake (@blakey73) reported

@tescomobile hi there I have a friend that can’t access 18+ and has no credit card. How can he change settings ? We have called but only automated answers. Help please

  • stephenflynn123 Stephen (@stephenflynn123) reported

@tescomobile This is really great but would I really like from Tesco mobile is for you to enable WiFi calling as at present I have to walk down my street if I wish to make a call from my phone.

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile Additionally, it ought to be possible for each member of the family with a phone on that plan to get help when they need it. The account, and my details, would be just as safe if a passcode protected it.. These can be randomly generated on request. I'm frustrated, not dim.

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile I understand that. I have never not understood that. What I don't understand is why the instructions I recieved so many times over, which were intended to allow my husband to access help when he needed it, were consistently wrong.

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile Additionally, 3rd party security might have helped yesterday, but the customer support staff giving the right information to start with would have been better.

  • capod30 caroline (@capod30) reported

@tescomobile Oh that's disappointing, I changed to Tesco as I was told locally its a good signal, it is ok but can be hit and miss, I'm afraid I might need to consider changing again. Thank for responding at least I know now
