O2 keep saying problems are solved but they are not. Have now received message from them to say “should” be fixed by 21st Feb. Post Code OX33 1TR

I went out of village to make a call snd received voicemail to say engineer was closing case due poor coverage area. Have had signal for 10 years. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. You have switched off number which I have had for over 7 years and today, I was told to cancel contract with Tesco as ‘we don’t know how to fix it’ so best way is to cancel it!
