@tescomobile is there a problem with your service in Mayo. My mother hasn’t been able to make or receive calls since yesterday?? Trying to reset a password through the app but the reset email is not coming through.

@tescomobile I check that alot all it ever says is our network can get busy in that area so can be slower, That doesn't help when I'm out and about and can't ring or text.

@tescomobile My Mum has had a automatted message to say that she needs to reset/create a Pin thats 4 to 10 long and i was just woundering if it was a real Voicemail from yourselves as i have not known any other network to do it was all. As there are so many scams going about at the moment

@tescomobile been trying to close my account from overseas for 3 years now following covid and daughter illnes trapped us overseas, just doesn't seem possible. App doesn't offer option, web chat doesnt work, phone numbers font work. HELP!!!!

@tescomobile a week on and porting issue still hasn't been sorted. Can someone in the porting department please message me and sort this out. I've done everything, new SIM card etc. Nothing has worked. I can't receive calls or texts apart from other Tesco mobile numbers.

@tescomobile DPD chat is automated and more unhelpful than you can imagine and I cannot get through to an actual human. I just want my phone delivered so I’m disappointed you’re just washing your hands of it. Good mind to cancel the whole thing and move to @VodafoneUK

I'm now recieving threatening letters from the debt collectors demanding payment with further threats if not paid from 02 this week from an account that is NOT ME and nobody from Tesco is listening. Please @Tesco can you close this account and actually help me?! #tescomobile
