Called customer services but couldn't remember passwords and was refused access by customer services on the phone. How can she cancel as it is still active but, she might be racking up charges 🙈🙈

Emily G (@emble64) reported@cyclist13 @tescomobile Sounds like really poor service. My provider stopped doing top up support via phone so it is only via app/website. I wonder if the regulator are aware, the app issue and topping up issue seem like would be widespread problems?

GT (@topboylfc) reported@EE I haven’t n i keep sending pac to 65075 i have been on a sim only deal but thing’s have happened out of my control. I just wish EE would send me the pac code cos my contract is up on 8/10/26 i already paid this months bill I didn’t have any issue leaving @tescomobile 2 yrs ago!
