Called customer services but couldn't remember passwords and was refused access by customer services on the phone. How can she cancel as it is still active but, she might be racking up charges ๐๐

Carl Malkin ๐ (@CarlMalkin6) reported@tescomobile I don't have issues with your app, you do. It worked until the software update on the payment side of the app. I suggest you ask them to roll back the update to make the app work again. IT people cause these problems do they continue to get paid.

Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! ๐คฏ
