@tescomobile aunt had phone stolen. Wants to cancel UK tesco sim and end contract. Called customer services but couldn't remember passwords and was refused access by customer services on the phone. How can she cancel as it is still active but, she might be racking up charges 🙈🙈

@tescomobile it’s bad enough being a victim of crime but then to be left without a phone for over a week and fobbed off that the sim will be with me in 3 days no 5 no soon. When someone is made vulnerable how about using next day delivery? Unhappy customer right here!

@tescomobile hi, there’s been a mast down now for ages near where I live - I know it’s out of your hands per say - but when is it going to be repaired I can hardly use my date when out & about without flicking in/out of airplane mode. Cheers.
