@tescomobile aunt had phone stolen. Wants to cancel UK tesco sim and end contract. Called customer services but couldn't remember passwords and was refused access by customer services on the phone. How can she cancel as it is still active but, she might be racking up charges 🙈🙈

@tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

@MrGouldthorpe @tescomobile Omg you too. New Samsung phone. SIM not working in it. 3 chats, 2 phone calls to "care" team. 2nd of which was rude and unhelpful. Finally "we'll send out a new SIM". 🤯 Better work this time.

@Ohholycow @toastytoastbuns @tescomobile If they tell you to wait over 5 working days for a call just bypas them and phone customer services insist on speaking to a manager it's the only way to solve it, hope you get sorted soon hunni
