    @tescomobile aunt had phone stolen. Wants to cancel UK tesco sim and end contract. Called customer services but couldn't remember passwords and was refused access by customer services on the phone. How can she cancel as it is still active but, she might be racking up charges 🙈🙈

    @tescomobile hey hey. Want to contest charges before hit my account! Landed in Dubai and stupidly forgot to switch data off. Took phone off fight safe and between landing and immigration where I got charges text I had already racked up a shedload I suspect. Please help Obi Wan.

    @mrsverypicky @tescomobile Our signal may be poor here but their customer service has always been brilliant. Prices due to go up next month but our Sim only is currently £12 a month for both of us, we can't grumble, plus points too.

    @tescomobile is something happening with your service or signal today nothing currently connects on a 4g data connection my Amazon music won’t skip a song and just plays the same over and over again. There is no connectivity
