@tescomobile If the food prices are really going down, why is my usual bill so high? At the beginning of Lockdown, it was about £60 for a week's shop. Lately it's been £40 more than that and one week was double.

@pmb200 @StewMasters @tescomobile Must be your location then mate because i get 5G pretty much everywhere bar the proper countryside between the valleys where most people dont get signal let alone data

  • pickled_tinker Grody🔞 (@pickled_tinker) reported

@StewMasters @tescomobile They use O2 and O2 has always been a crap show. Thankfully, they are getting much better now thanks to Virgin (gave O2 a shyte load of backhaul capacity).

@tescomobile Tesco mobile been in contact with Laura who after an hour said that in may my complaint was dealt with but despite me asking what Tesco mobile did little Laura could not give an answer total crap service

  • pmb200 Paul Bailey (@pmb200) reported

@chrisisadolphin @StewMasters @tescomobile I struggle getting data and it's taken 10 weeks for them to offer to cancel the contract if I pay off the phone (option available to me anyway) or 2 months data back. The customer service is excellent but the actual phone service is very poor (in my experience).

  • alexklaushofer Alex Klaushofer (@alexklaushofer) reported

@tescomobile Don't like that scheme to reduce prices only for those with a card. Felt I got scammed when I got charged much more than the ticket said at the cash desk. And the close-up surveillance cameras are general atmosphere are horrible. I just don't want to enter the store any more.

@tescomobile I bet the kids would love to ride a Tesco trolley down that ramp
