I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @tescomobile shocking service from this provider following a recent family bereavement. It’s nearly a week since the issue was raised with them and still no resolution (despite calling them 5 times). If you want good customer care then I would look elsewhere
