Karen Watton (@watton2_karen) reported51 hrs later and still no response from @tescomobile . Seems its acceptable to **** your customers over when they decide to leave. Cancel your contract and they leave a default on your credit rating. Abysmal customer service!!!

Mark (@Mark29071823) reported@tescomobile Just remember that Tesco are using the o2 masts & the o2 signal is terrible I’ve been with them nearly two years with little to no signal I’m in a 3 year contrast & have had to buy a cheap EE sim to make call that don’t drop. I’m buying myself out of my contract then legal action

Such a coincidence it’s only since my contract went to rolling monthly. Yet I still can’t change to another network even though my minutes contract is finished?
