    @tescomobile No 3 hours 2 ubers 4 customer care advisers and no further foward. Next report goes to ifed and I go to a different network

    @tescomobile Trying to upgrade my phone but no web chat available and there’s an error message when I try and login to the upgrade shop every time. Any other way of doing it without waiting hours on the phone line?

    @tescomobile can’t login to account through secure checkout, a pin gets sent to my phone but no option to input the pin and it says username or password are incorrect, I know for sure I am using correct password and username as I can login to my pay monthly acc as normal

    @tescomobile his death. The other company, like you, also refused any refund. My whole extended family & friends have left that company & we all vow to never use it again.. #Tesco & @tescomobile will be getting the same treatment.

    So have been trying to get hold of @tescomobile for the last hour want to switch to @virginmedia for my mobile phone going round in circles if I don't hear from you soon will cancel with my bank

    @tescomobile It’s not an issue in the area it’s just bad coverage. You should get WiFicall like EE has.
