@O2 & @tescomobile you need to sort your network out. A week now of calls sounding like I'm underwater is unacceptable especially when your on the phone to police

@tescomobile Can't access account through phone app and website on laptop says account details invalid. Live chat said no problems and to switch off and on again. Tamworth Area B77 - are there any known problems?

@tescomobile Yes it’s obviously lost in transit and they have been in contact with Tesco mobile regularly, including today. It’s just very, very frustrating for them. If not resolved soon will have to take the complaint further

And: @tescomobile : no, you can't speak to a supervisor, they can't speak to customers And best of all: T: We'll have to ask for an unlock code and it could be 20 days to arrive. Can we have a number to call you on? Me: only a landline T: no, it has to be a mobile Me: wtf?

@soltozac @tescomobile I'm having the same trouble. My 4G appears to be working, but I can't seem to make calls. Called my Mother on messenger and she can't make calls either. She's on @tescomobile as well. Not sure what's going on.
